Available both hosted in the cloud and on-premises, PureConnect let you replace multiple point solutions with a single platform that supported empowered employees and loyal customers. Do more with less An all-in-one multichannel platform enabled you to deliver a better customer experience while greatly simplifying administration, increasing operational performance, and reducing the total cost of ownership. Speed time to value A single set of broad and deep applications allowed you to rapidly deploy and turn on new applications and services when you were ready— new functionality was built right into existing interfaces. Maximize flexibility and protect investments An open, standards-based architecture gave you the flexibility to tailor applications to meet your unique business requirements. You also protected investments by integrating PureConnect with any existing applications. Reduce risk The PureConnect platform reduced your business risk. It's easy to use for the basic needs of a call center. Simple to set up for inbound and outbound calls. We use CUBS.
