**What do you like best about Genesys Platform Business Intelligence Solutions?**

Call logging VoIP and clarity of calls made and received. Call transfer (warm and cold) options available.

**What do you dislike about Genesys Platform Business Intelligence Solutions?**

The software is pretty straight forward and easy to use. I haven't experienced anything that I dislike about the software.

**What problems is Genesys Platform Business Intelligence Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Internal and external communications are made seemless. Call recording and logging features help in tracking end results.

Ease of functionality although I’m still getting used to using it, it is user friendly.

There’s nothing that I dislike its more so having adequate time to get used to the service.
