**What do you like best about Genesys Cloud & AWS Lex-Kendra Blueprint?**

It is very helpful in creating chatbots specially RAG model chat bots
Combining it with AWS lambda it was super beneficial and easy to use.

The documentation should be more simplified and the awarness of this must be explored more.
