This has helped teams across our organization get a better feel and understanding of their current and future headcount, as well as see what their budget will look like as they play with different scenarios in Gemini's scenario feature. The team we've worked with, specifically London Schow, has been quick to respond, and really listens to our customer feedback. Whenever we've made a suggestion, they have let us know this is something they are either already working on, or something they will look into. **What do you dislike about Gemini?** Although Gemini is still newer, they are very open to customer feedback, and provide transparency on what's coming down the pipeline. **What problems is Gemini solving and how is that benefiting you?** Gemini is helping our organization visulalize headcount in an easy and user friendly way. It has created a centralized location for our leaders to go to, and allows us to update one location versus multiple locations. ### 2. We no longer have to reference multiple spreadsheets or build manual org charts to have headcount planning discussions. It has benefited us to incorporate open roles and the current headcount to see how different changes will impact our organizational plan. Their team consistently seeks customer feedback and shares what is on the roadmap. They constantly roll out new features and respond the same day, usually within the hour, for any concerns. If we ever have any problems with the platform, typically just user error, their team responds the same day and usually has a resolution within that day! **What do you dislike about Gemini?** I can honestly say there is nothing I dislike. Most user enhancements I recommend are usually always on their road map. They roll out new features regularly, and it is so helpful. Their sense of urgency with improvements is better than any software I have ever used. **What problems is Gemini solving and how is that benefiting you?** Finally, we don't have to reference ten spreadsheets for headcount planning, organizational charts, organization designs, etc. We finally have a singular point of reference for all talent in our organization! ### 3. The Gemini team continues to make the experience better with a focus on reports, and analytics is critical. It's easy to navigate and provides org visibility in multiple formats to show exactly what you need to see without doing manual work to see it. The scenario planning tool is incredibly helpful for working on potential org structure changes or movements. We've only received positive feedback from team members that are using the platform. In addition to being a great product, the Gemini team has been fantastic to work with as they welcome feedback and put our needs into action through product enhancements and new features. They ask the right questions, help our team strategize, and are quick to provide solutions. **What do you dislike about Gemini?** Overall we are very satisfied with the product. There are a couple of features that we're still hoping to see, but those items are on the roadmap to be developed. **What problems is Gemini solving and how is that benefiting you?** One of the biggest problems that we've solved is reducing manual work for our HR team. The Gemini interface provides a visual layer that should become the gold-standard for any modern HRIS, making it enjoyable for any user within an organization to work with employee data. Aside from the beautiful esthetic and practical navigation, the Gemini team has made it easy to onboard and streamline integrations, getting the product delivering value within a matter of days. **What do you dislike about Gemini?** Gemini is still a very new product and is primarily designed as a tool to connect and homogenize disparate people-related data sources. It would be great to have a few more workflows to remediate or transform data issues in their source systems. I know the team has some of these items on their roadmap and I am eager to see progress in the coming months. **What problems is Gemini solving and how is that benefiting you?** Gemini not only acts as a bridge & data sanitation layer between a variety of legacy systems but it also provides a useful interface for team members at all levels within a company. While not 'technically' designed as a CIO/CISO product, I am currently exploring Gemini's ability to integrate with Azure Active Directory to better organize security groups and tag employees who have access to critical systems and could potentially be soft-targets to hacking. ### 11. I love the ability to search for employees and not scroll through endless pages of a traditional org chart. The ability to quickly move people around is so helpful, and the reports are great. Second, the customer service from the team has been excellent. Any time there is an issue, we need a new feature, or I cannot figure out how to do something, they have promptly helped. **What do you dislike about Gemini?** The tool is still a little clunky. It can be difficult to get people logged in, and once you know how to use it - it makes perfect sense. But you do need a crash course to get started. Also, it crashes with some frequency, which is tough when you need it. **What problems is Gemini solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are integrating two companies, and it's been helpful to visualize the new org structure. Other users might find the ability to integrate various back-end systems to view mixed data in a single easy-to-use visualization layer. **What do you dislike about Gemini?** A feature that would enable the user to create demand-driven or ratio-based headcount changes would be nice. A way to say view the org as you make changes, and if you had a role that needed to be 10:1, that it would show the result of adding the additional leader as you grow the lower-level organization. **Recommendations to others considering Gemini:** As with any system, the design and build phase is critical in having a successful implementation. You will most likely find there are things you want that you've never thought of before. Don't limit your imagination to create what you already have today. **What problems is Gemini solving and how is that benefiting you?** Planning for future workforce changes, modeling future states, and determining the best locations to scale the business. The tool allows you to view the impact from multivariate inputs (cost, quality, etc.). Without these features, it becomes a game of constantly exporting, merging data, and then repackaging it into a presentable format for leadership. This enables a quicker way to that same result, allowing me to produce more scenarios than I would manually. The benefit, then, is not missing out on a possibly better plan from a lack of time to create the right mix of changes and inputs. ### 16.
