What do you like best about Geek Support?

The team at Geek Support! Their knowledge and service is exceptional! When you call them there is no dumb question where they are concerned. They are always courteous, patient and go above and beyond to solve any problem regardless how big or small. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Geek Support?

The only downside is that I can not reach them on the weekend, but that is probably a good thing. It forces me to take the weekend and have a healthy work, life balance. :-) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Geek Support?

They were so friendly and responsive, I had a unique ask and Matt who I spoke to mentioned he needed to chat internally, he called me back within the half hour and was able to address my needs right then! What do you like best about Geek Support?

I like the fact that they are available they're online chat by phone or by email in case anything or any issues come into play or action while online if I feel like I have any questions that I want to ask or inquire about I just curious about I can always email them or simply get in the chat when I go on the website I also like the secure and smooth support and customer satisfaction that they give and it's good for my Chromebook whenever she misses something or I'm not sure contact The Geek Squad just to make sure I like that and they're very nice and understanding and willing to work with me!!
