What do you like best about Lightcast Gazelle?

Very helpful tool for economic development agencies and innovation hubs to discover what companies are expanding and access to some linked key features (funding, contacts, etc). After a benchmark analysis among several providers, we agreed that Gazelle was the more complete and user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lightcast Gazelle?

Although very well made, the algorithm has its limits, thus sometimes the Gscore is not updated. Unfortunately, after GDPR implementation in the EU, we are unable to use the contact emails present on the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ability to know which companies are in growth mode. I also love the weekly eNewsletters that showcase companies looking to expand and the location in which they are considering. What problems is Lightcast Gazelle solving and how is that benefiting you?

We worked hard to put our marketing material together but did not have access to a database outside of our internal information from conferences and trade shows. This program gives us access to targeted industries. The accuracy of the contact information and the eNewsletter on Thursday's identifying companies looking to expand or relocate and the geography they are considering. We sent emails to reps identified in the eNewsletters and we have a conference call set up this week. This was our first effort at this type of marketing. The filters are super helpful. I like that you can research companies through different methods (maps, industries, etc.) The featured lists are also handy if you want to target a specific type of company. I use it for prospection and have been super happy with the quality of the details provided (contact details included). The support is also highly reactive and helpful.
