Personally, the use of the application shows the ease in my case to process contracts in an efficient way, the questions are clear and precise, the follow-up and sending of emails for my company's notifications arrive instantly, the things to highlight the transparency in my organization's approvals, being able to upload more documents to facilitate and viewing of documents, when using the application more frequently it is easier than the previous times! The language, in general the language should be changed in all the sections, maybe there is a place where you can change it, I have not discovered it yet.

Gatekeeper has a super friend user interface and this makes navigation and finding contracts either by type of contract or client easy.

Although we are a small company, GateKeeper has made a massive difference to our contract management. We can now easily track expiry dates (and be alerted to them), find key information on contracts at the touch of a button and collaborate as a team as they are drafted. Creating contracts from the generation form is also super quick and very easy. The data fields are customisable, which was important to us and the system seems very scalable for when your company grows, with various add ons available.

I came into the Gatekeeper experience with zero support internally due to a transition within my company. The Gatekeeper team has been by my side patiently step by step to assist with all the aspects that were customized previously. Gatekeeper has been an integral part of daily work and helps to keep employees and vendors in compliance with contract and vendor management policies. The ease of finding vendors and contract information, tracking the status of contracts and vendors, and renewing various required documentation with expiration dates and labeling features is super helpful. My only complaint is not being able to archive or delete vendor contacts (users). Re-titling them can currently overcome this, but I believe they are working to change this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
