I have been scammed out of €5,000 by Gate.io. I made a €5,000 deposit via bank transfer three weeks ago, they received the money, but they have never credited it to my account. Their customer service team has been giving me excuses for two weeks, but the reality is they’ve kept my money and refuse to refund it. I have filed a legal complaint against them, and I encourage all of you who have also been scammed to take legal action against these fraudsters. This is unacceptable.
