The software also bends and flexes easily if things go awry, extending deadlines and automatically compensating for the extra added time. Such cross-organisation collaborative work is not so easily catered for, but the features in the Individual liscence do just enough that you can get by. Overall this product isn't: Easy to use if you work with teams from many different organsiations **What problems is GanttPRO solving and how is that benefiting you?** My overall experience has been hugely positive. The trial has enabled me to organise several different things, from concert programming to a year-long ballet project. That had been the main thing that led me to seek out other solutions, but GanttPRO is excellent in this regard. I am currently studying project planning, and this software has allowed me to focus on the task at hand rather than getting lost trying to make something work. And I love that it continually saves work and reversible if/when something goes wrong. Also, overall really happy with the results it produced, especially the great-looking PDFs that made it simple to share my work when I finished. I found it fraustrating that the prices are given "per month" based on an annual pricing structure. Its vvery comfortable how one software becomes your only tool you need: starting from writting to do tasks, making them into the list and whenever needed, writting notes. I also want to thank for upgrading a time scheduling bar as it is so comfortable right now to know which week you are at, when is the deadline and what tasks you still need to look through. Most of things I do like are the timeline and the Ganttchart. as the Ganttchart can show the dependencies and the critical path the project takes. Moreover, a very nice feature is the task Kanban view which helps in lean production methods. Adding a team and having a real time view is perfect. Also addition of virtual resources has a big benefit when managing a project with many resources. **What do you dislike about GanttPRO?** Very few things i dislike about Ganttpro. The first one in the Kanban view, it's not possible to filter by project. It is only possible to filter by assignee or by the sub task which make it hard to monitor the progress of the sub project.
