It has a good design, elegant and looks good when reading. It also has many options for tasks or activities, such as the person responsible, time, deadline, cost, etc. Another good aspect was the trial period it offers, as thanks to it, I was able to create my Gantt chart for my course project at the University of Lima, Peru. It also includes the Jira Software API, which is very good when you want to carry out projects with AGILE methodology. Very easy to use and simple. Converting the project plan to PDF and printing is very simple and easy. It does all the basic stuff you'd expect, is very intuitive and comes without the annoying "I know better than you" features you get with a certain popular paid-for planner. It's compatible with MS Project files & can import/export them as well as to CSVs. IT uses the common short cut keys too. It's reliable which is more than I can say for some other online apps. I am using it for my PhD thesis timeline and project management. A great feature is that it allows you to estimate the time for a task instead of setting a specific date for each one. This flexibility helps in designing a plan of action to tackle what can seem like an overwhelming amount of work, especially when some research tasks have a tendency to have unexpected complications or are difficult to measure. There are many tools where you can do a Gantt diagram and make a resources, and manage them. But most tools haven`t got useful features for me. Because every day our plan is changes. In courses I should control that and manage the risks. In GanttPro I finded all of need me. I think that it`s like on MS Project, but it`s easier. In GanttPro you can create your resources, manage them, move the line, and connect them. I love the accountability that comes with using GanttPro. You won't miss a beat **What do you dislike about GanttPRO?** I'm accustomed to more agile focused tools so there is a tiny bit of a learning curve but there's great documentation and it's very intuitive. The time log feature is great for keeping track of time planned/spent on tasks. Also, I like the special board which shows the list of tasks on different columns: todo, in progress, done and closed, it helps to focus on current tasks without having to look at the big picture on the chart. **What do you dislike about GanttPRO?** There is nothing I don't like about GanttPro so far. **Recommendations to others considering GanttPRO:** Just give it a try and you won't need to look for another tool! **What problems is GanttPRO solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm using it for my personal project during study at university on a project management course. I realized that this tool is much user-friendly comparing to other solutions.
