What do you like best about Gainsight Customer Communities?

The implementation process and assistance were a great help so there was minimal involvement needed from our technical team. The administration of the platform is able to be done by our community manager. We've had some great momentum in community since we launched it. It seems that our users find it easy to get started and engage with one another. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gainsight Customer Communities?

We got SSO setup using our application login but some of the documentation wasn't as helpful as it could have been and our implementation specialist wasn't as knowledgeable as would have been helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Gainsight Customer Communities solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our customers were often going to outside platforms like Facebook to engage with one another. With Insided, we're able to provide a native way for our customers to engage with one another and help one another. What do you like best about Gainsight Customer Communities?

inSided has been very simple to use and customize. We're in the early stages of implementation, and it's very easy to see how fast we'll be able to launch and find value in the platform. I've also been impressed with their support and onboarding teams and ease of integration with Zendesk, Salesforce, and Zapier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gainsight Customer Communities?

We've run into a few small things that I'd like to be able to customize (hiding a page, customizing share images for social promotion). But, these are all minor in the grand scheme of things! the upsides are the quickly available templates that can get a person started almost immediately plus the super responsive Support team who are always aroundto help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The lack of co-build options is a bit of a let-off. A more aggressive CS approach to understand the usage and feedback would have helped us during the times of lean usage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One problem. Is when you're deleting items and putting them into the trash. Sometimes the program crashes and doesn't work until you refresh the page. It takes a couple of tries, but it does work eventually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Best practice and out of the box solutions in the community, Insided hace many integrations and we can work with it and with external app, very easy to configure Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

missing some reporting capabilities, API/integration - when you want to get it to the next level - more complex. UI - great UI/UX with your brand but can't change everything Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Gainsight Customer Communities?

The ability to create content and give that ability to others in the team, without having to rely on engineering or a web designer. Additionally, the ability to link events and creat groups to have working LMS systems for clients who don't have the bandwidth to create their own. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gainsight Customer Communities?

The learning curve can still be a little higher for those teams that want to add integrations or other more complex features. Though I do not dislike the feature itself to add integrations, it is more a nice to have, a way to make it even easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Gainsight Customer Communities?

I really like how easy it was to get up and running with Insided. Our internal teams can easily customize the experience to match our brand and we have the flexibility to add features and functionality that might not necessarily come out of the box.
