The system’s process standardization and controls also support compliance and consistency. **What do you dislike about Gain ERP?** What I dislike about Gain ERP is that some processes can feel rigid and less intuitive, especially when handling exceptions or non‑standard scenarios. This sometimes leads to additional manual work outside the system to complete tasks efficiently. **What problems is Gain ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?** On a personal level, this has benefited me by: Reducing time spent on manual data correction and follow‑ups, Improving confidence in numbers used for analysis and reporting, Allowing me to focus more on value‑added analysis and decision support rather than transactional work. ### 2. The thing I dislike about it is how difficult it integrate with platforms making our operations hectic. The user interface is also bad so navigating and completing tasks is frustrating. We are unable to customize the software to fit our needs. **What do you dislike about Gain ERP?** There are a few downsides weve noticed. The interface needs to be more user friendly for users who find it difficult to navigate and understand at first. Their customer support needs improvement as their response time for resolving issues tends to be slow causing delays in problem resolution. **What problems is Gain ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?** We feel that advanced reporting and analytics capabilities are lacking in the software which limits our ability to monitor performance and make data driven decisions. Gain ERP has not solved problems, for us. Previously we used to dedicate hours manually inputting our data into spreadsheets. This has increased the time we spend on tasks. ### 3. The limited customization options also hinder its adaptability to business needs. Customer support tends to be slow in responding, which is frustrating when encountering issues. **What problems is Gain ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?** The lack of integration with third party software restricts data transfer and limits progress. Gain ERP has not transformed our accounting process by not automating tasks such, as invoicing, billing, and expense monitoring. This has consumed us time and money. ### 4.
