Reponsive customer team and super easy to connect to Slack for employees to seamlessy share content.

**What do you dislike about GaggleAMP?**

Sometimes there are bugs when we share through activites for our teams, however, when I point these out I usually get quick responses from the customer team!

**What problems is GaggleAMP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is the quiskest way for us to have employees share any company news, content, engage with our social content, especially as our company quickly scales!

The tool is very easy to implement, easy to learn, and allows us to incentivize our employees to be more active.

No dislikes per se, but would appreciate increased customization when it comes to awards. start by date and a way to make fulfillment less manual.

GaggleAmp has helped our company expand our reach and grow our brand awareness tremendously. Our CEO is a huge advocate, and something we continue to prioritize.

It can be tricky to get employees to write posts in their own words, but the AI paraphrase tool has been a huge help in improving that.

Not much to dislike - I strongly recommend purchasing enough seats for the entire firm to participate so no one is left out.

**What do you like best about GaggleAMP?**

The gamification aspect of GaggleAMP really helps drive usage. Our customer success manager is absolutely brilliant, really responsive. I also really love the Teams integration.

**What do you dislike about GaggleAMP?**

There is nothing fundamentally missing, but it is a shame that it doesn't work yet with LinkedIn carousel posts - as this is a format we use a lot. I also wish it was more obvious about how to edit a post, to prompt our team to customise them where possible.

**What problems is GaggleAMP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The goal was to increase employee engagement with social posts, and to encourage them to share more content through their platforms - thereby increasing our reach significantly. It has helped us scale employee engagement and enhance our social selling strategy.

It is simple to implement and get moving right away. There are multiple ways for users to select how they would like to share on their preferred platorms.

Sometimes I would like to get more user-centric data and it only goes so deep.

GaggleAMP has given us the ability to easily and confidently amplify our voice on LinkedIn. Rather than hoping our employees share posts, we have been able to demonstrate the specific impact of their efforts.

Nothing! There is nothing I dislike about this tool. Connect accounts and it makes sharing SO EASY!

**What do you like best about GaggleAMP?**

Having implemented the tool a couple of weeks ago now, I am continually delighted by what this tool has to offer. It plugs all the gaps for getting your employees engaged on social media. We brought the tool in to empower our Sales team for social selling, whilst it's also delighted us in boosting our employer branding, teaching our people how to successfully carry out personal branding - you really have to see the platform to experience the full power of it. I highly recommend exploring what GaggleAMP can do for you too!

**What do you dislike about GaggleAMP?**

Like any social media tool, there is still functionality being worked on and built in. There is nothing fundamentally missing. There is also a great way to give feedback which is considered for their deployment roadmap. Their customer service has been great in fixing any minor bugs that naturally appear through software. My only warning is that it takes time to get your people adopted onto the platform, just because there is quite a bit of functionality to learn. Their customer support team are fantastic at supporting this though and will work with you to create a solid implementation plan.

**Recommendations to others considering GaggleAMP:**

GaggleAMP is good value for money. The team are really friendly too. Reach out and have a chat!

**What problems is GaggleAMP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've previously found it a challenge to get our people active on social media, specifically LinkedIn. This tool has made the process seamless and has been well adopted by our employees. I've had numerous feedback from staff sharing how much they love GaggleAMP. I would be very begrudged to go back to "pre-GaggleAMP" ways. GaggleAMP is the bridge to a gap.

Very customizable and integrated well with the platforms we were already using. Super user-friendly so no lengthy training was necessary

**What do you dislike about GaggleAMP?**

For us, there were a lot of features we didn't need and ultimately it didn't help us to increase our internal engagement but I could see how it would work well in other spaces

the goal was to have the platform help us to increase internal social media engagement. To do so, this tool allows you to gamify it for employees without taking time out of someone's day to have to track and or monitor internal engagement as the tool 'keeps score' for you.  It's a streamlined way to make internal social media engagement a bit more fun

**What do you like best about GaggleAMP?**

GaggleAMP streamlines social sharing for our employees. Our employees have one central place to find any type of content they'd like to share on their social channels, all with proper corporate messaging and on-brand images. As a manager, adding content and creating channels is very easy, and the GaggleAMP team is readily available to help with strategy and execution along the way.

**What do you dislike about GaggleAMP?**

The GaggleAMP team can be slow to release new features to make the platform even better. For example, being able to preview what a social media post will look like before publishing, or leaderboards by channel would be great features that currently do not exist.

**What problems is GaggleAMP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GaggleAMP is a win for our employees and our company. It helps our employees easily share the right content on their social channels to provide value to their followers, and it also increases the reach of our company messages. Additionally, it allows us to provide regional and local-language channels for our employees around the world.

**What do you like best about GaggleAMP?**

We always found it difficult to get our employees to engage with LinkedIn content, and we previously used to have to send out company-wide emails to encourage the team to show support for particular big campaigns. With GaggleAMP, it's so easy to get the team interacting with our content! Our engagement rate has rapidly increased, we're getting more new followers than ever, and employees who previously never used LinkedIn are now getting competitive about winning points. We've had several members of the leadership team singing the praises of GaggleAMP - it's been such a success!

Dean, our Customer Implementation Manager, has also been brilliant. He's been so helpful throughout our first quarter of using GaggleAMP, and he made it really easy to set up and use the platform. Thanks Dean!

**What do you dislike about GaggleAMP?**

The only things I'd love to see from GaggleAMP are the chance to award bonus points for employees who are extra engaged/special bonus activities, as well as the option to add a pre-written caption to a reshared post.

**Recommendations to others considering GaggleAMP:**

If you're looking for an easy way to improve employee advocacy, I couldn't recommend GaggleAMP more. It doesn't take much effort to see some amazing results!

**What problems is GaggleAMP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We no longer have problems with getting members across our teams using LinkedIn - in fact, the winner of our first quarterly GaggleAMP competition was an Engineer, which is a team that is famously resistant to using social media at out company! Our content is being seen by more people, and we're driving more leads as a result.

Tags and mentions get muddled, but I appreciate GA commitment to fixing those bugs.

Come to your consultation meetings with questions. The reps are very helpful! Know that the platform is still relatively young so you may discover some kinks in the system, but GaggleAMP support will be sure to investigate and get you an answer.

GaggleAMP has helped get our messages out in front of a larger audience and has made our employee advocacy efforts easier to measure. We have more data to share with internal stakeholders that paint a braoder picture of our social media impact.

**What do you like best about GaggleAMP?**

GaggleAmp really cares about customer experience and making sure you get good value from the product.  They're always available, responsive, and ready to help you succeed.  The platform is easy to use, and saves a ton of time reaching out to employees to try to get them to engage with the company's content on social media. With a simple dashboard and easy interface, employees can like, share, reshare and even create organic shares with just a click.

**What do you dislike about GaggleAMP?**

At first we had issues understanding what each option actually did, and we made some embarrassing mistakes, like sending "like this post for five points" out to the social platforms themselves. That could have been easily solved in the UI, but there was nothing there to guide us. Once we got it, though, it was smooth sailing.

**What problems is GaggleAMP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're saving thousands of dollars per quarter by using GaggleAmp to increase our reach on social media instead of boosting posts. It's helping us to get our employees more engaged with our content, too, which helps them to be aware of the content that's going out there. In addition, it's helping to position our employees as industy subject matter experts, so it's a win-win for both our company as a whole and our employees as individuals.

The UI feels a little dated, but they've made some updates recently that really improved things.

Our company just went through a rebrand, so our employee advocacy program has been extremely influential in raising brand awareness across many different verticals and networks. It's been really beneficial from an employee engagement standpoint too to start to foster excitement and create brand advocates internally as well as externally.

Additionally, the money saved compared to paid media has been fantastic.

We chose GaggleAMP as our advocacy tool for several reasons but one of the main reasons is the number of different activities that can be performed by users. It gives us a ton of options for creating engagement across our social platforms. It's driving more engagement and traffic to our career social pages in addition to helping users boost their networks with company content.

**What do you dislike about GaggleAMP?**

There's not a lot I don't like, overall we're incredibly happy with the tool. In the way we use it for our recruitment team, it would be nice to have the ability to make someone a member by adding their email to the platform they get notified they're in the network and to update their profile / set password rather than sharing a link and hoping they join. Maybe this exists and I'm just not aware of it - but also understanding we're not using the platform in necessarily the same way as it was built or for other user groups.

**What problems is GaggleAMP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're able to create company-branded content and captions to share through our recruitment teams' social networks. This helps us in a few ways. 1. It eases the work our recruiters have to do to share content. 2. Providing correctly branded and well-written content for our recruiters. 3. We're growing our recruiters' networks with engaging storytelling content. 4. We're growing our Career's social channels by pushing engagement back to our company page posts.

**What do you like best about GaggleAMP?**

The biggest selling point for us is the Slack integration - our team pretty much lives on Slack, so enabling them to engage and share on social without ever leaving the app has been a godsend. 

As our first foray into employee advocacy, GaggleAMP has made it really easy to get our team more active on social media and it's been a huge success for us. We were only expecting to get 10 or so members at first, but we've actually ended up with over 50! Our people love using GaggleAMP and how easily it fits into their day-to-day workflow.

The support from the Customer Success team has also been second to none. Dean did a great job of getting us up and running, and Chad has been super helpful with helping us navigate small obstacles here and there. I also attended the AMPlify event run by Andrew which provided so many useful tips and insights that I've since incorporated into our program. There's a real personal touch at GaggleAMP which can be rare when implementing a digital tool.

**What do you dislike about GaggleAMP?**

There are a few things I'd change here and there. For example, you can't currently edit a message in Slack before posting, which has caused some friction for our members. The reporting could also be more sophisticated/provide some more granular detail, and some more automation when it comes to content creation would be really useful.

For a small company like ours, who are at the early stages of our employee program, these issues aren't dealbreakers. The great thing about GaggleAMP is that they're still constantly developing their product and are super open to customer feedback, which we really appreciate.

We started using GaggleAMP to enable our busy teams to share more content on social, and to amplify the content on our company page. We've seen a huge increase in engagement on social since launching, and our team is a lot more excited about sharing content online.

I wasn't familiar with GaggleAMP or any sort of internal content tools like this before some employees asked to use it (they'd used it at a previous company) - but I'm so happy to have Gaggle now. It makes it so easy to share our social content with employees to make sure everyone stays updated and engaged. The interface is pretty user friendly (and every time I needed help, people were very quick to respond or share links to the how-to guides) and quick to learn, and the built-in reporting features are great.

Dean was the agent who helped me set up our account and get familiar with the program, and his tips and insights have been so valuable. He has great suggestions on ways to break out content, how to reposition things to increase engagement, and how to get feedback to improve our Gaggle program. He was a great resource, and like everyone I talked with at Gaggle, was extremely responsive every time I reached out.

**What do you dislike about GaggleAMP?**

How useful GaggleAMP is will depend on how engaged your employees are, so the value is tied to something you can't always control. Not a problem with Gaggle specifically, but something to be aware of.

Near the top of the list has to be the intuitive functionality. Nearly every activity a person could want to use is there and setting them up is as simple as can be. Users can customize suggested messages, we can schedule activities, there is shared space for networking, and the prize option keeps our users consistently engaged. Also, support for any concerns or requests for new features are always addressed quickly, which is much appreciated.

I would say the only downside at this time is the inability to target individuals with activities. It is something we are interested in utilizing but, like many advocacy tools, the functionality is not yet there.

What we've liked best about Gaggle is that it's allowed us to better share our message with all employees. Now, employees are able to be notified when a new post is up, and easily share that. We've been up on many of our KPIs on social, and I believe Gaggle has been a driver for that.

There are a lot of features to Gaggle and onboarding can take awhile before you have the full-grasp. We feel like we're just scratching the surface of the capabilities.

The basic solutions within GaggleAMP are very easy to use and connect within our social channels. In addition, the leadership boards and tutorials are perfect for fine tuning our employee engagement strategy.

The tool doesn't easily allow you to pick and choose which social posts to curate for staff in an efficient manner. While a very helpful tool, this feature would 100% enhance the experience from an Admin perspective.

We started with a small group of sales staff to begin their engagement and test the system to ensure that it was right for us, before expanding to a larger license. Definitely recommend this approach because you end up having some internal stakeholders

We looked to solve two key challenges with GaggleAMP. Being a fully remote company, GaggleAMP allows us to engage the team in an easy and convenient way to further our company culture. Being a small organization, GaggleAMP allows us to flex the muscle of our team to showcase the great content we build on a weekly basis.

**What do you like best about GaggleAMP?**

I love that I'm able to encourage our team to support employer advocacy on social channels. We have a completely virtual company with a strong sense of culture and collaboration, so GaggleAMP aligns with how we work and affords us new opportunities to do so. We also enjoy some healthy competition and rewards, so the points system is a plus! I also love all the platforms identified and how it prompts new ideas for success. Customer support is also awesome.

**What do you dislike about GaggleAMP?**

I dislike very few things about GaggleAMP. There are minor functionality issues where a specific kind of social media engagement isn't available to set as an activity. I've shared this challenge and have been informed that the feedback will be used for the product roadmap. I also have 1 challenge where I can't create a report about employee-specific engagement, but I understand that may not be possible due to privacy. So my "dislikes" are either not allowed or the feedback has been welcomed.

**What problems is GaggleAMP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are earning more social media engagement. That is really what we wanted- and we wanted it to be organic. This helps so much.

GaggleAMP cannot share content on a users behalf without someone approving the share of the content. Since you mention this was done with a prior employers content, I would question if your email address was still active (or redirected) by your employer to another employees account, or your credentials not immediately removed from your prior employers Gaggle. This could leave the possibility for an employee to "approve" content via your old email address or even a company security link checker (bot), but would need to research that further.

**What do you like best about GaggleAMP?**

The new UI is a significant improvement over the legacy UI. We use it as a department, and we like that we don't need to think about what and when to share daily. Our social media manager builds a feed for us, and we can select what we want to 'engage' with and even schedule posts for later posting.

**What do you dislike about GaggleAMP?**

I don't have anything negative to say about their product at this time; again, the interface is super intuitive.

We have seen a ton of employee engagement which has yielded not only in lead generation but also in enhanced brand awareness for our company. The exposure has been amplified, specifically on LinkedIn.

**What do you like best about GaggleAMP?**

GaggleAMP is such an easy way to increase your social media exposure. It gives you a solution for the most common reasons people don't engage on social: I don't have time or I don't know what to say. Marketing can create content and vary it by department/team, and then all they have to do is click a few times so they can share. 

It's awesome to include points so there's some fun and games involved. At Motivosity use the points in GaggleAMP to promote additional engagement and we come up with a cool incentive for those on the leaderboard. 

I've spent time with multiple employees at GaggleAMP and they are really great people. Kind, fun, and passionate about what they're doing.

**What do you dislike about GaggleAMP?**

Sometimes when you're asked to comment you can't see the post, so you have to click through to know what your comment should be about.

**What problems is GaggleAMP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted to make it easy for our team to engage on social and help promote our content. All our social KPIs have increased and we see a majority of our team now involved on LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter. We're able to see clicks and exposure of our posts. It's such an easy way to immediately amplify our corporate efforts.

**What do you like best about GaggleAMP?**

GaggleAMP has a great interface for adding social media posts to their platform.  It alerts participants when they posted.  In one place people can access all of the social media posts and allows them to comment, like, and share them.  One place, a couple of minutes a day, and you have deep engagement.

**What do you dislike about GaggleAMP?**

Sometimes the amount of stuff can be overwhelming.  I would like to get to the really important posts and cut through the clutter.

**What problems is GaggleAMP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted to get our employees to engage more with our posts in social media.  They have large networks of people and this is a great, organic way to get our message out to the marketplace.  We saw significant increases in social media engagement and new followers when we actively used the tool.

The UI is pretty good, and easy to use. The Slack integration is really helpful. They've been very responsive when it comes to making improvements. Makes it simple for team members to participate if they're willing to.

**What do you dislike about GaggleAMP?**

Sometimes, there are little bugs where I have to refresh in order for an activity to be posted. With LinkedIn, it can be hard to tell what the actual post is that you're commenting on or Liking. Seems like the look of the site could be more inviting for some people.

**What problems is GaggleAMP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The hope is that we can get more team members (especially Sales) sharing our content on social channels. It hasn't been as effective as we'd hope it would be, but we're offering good rewards based upon the monthly leaderboard.
