There are features available that we do not use; beyond that, there are customizable fields to handle anything else. The on-premise data storage makes it easy to manage our data and keep backup copies. **What do you dislike about GAGEtrak Calibration Management Software?** The default option to store the program's records in a Microsoft Access database is not always ideal. The database can suffer from corruption and occasionally requires a repair operation. **What problems is GAGEtrak Calibration Management Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our manufacturing process requires the use of hundreds of fixed and variable gages. GAGEtrak helps us to manage all of these and keep them in calibration. We have used GAGEtrak for many years, so we no longer see significant savings. It assures quality of the product and audit will be easier. It reduces lot of mistakes and reduce the time to check the data because of the well organized data with vast storage. As well as, it help to search quickly too.This software helps to measure and calibrate products. That will make sure the product quality and also the audit will be easier. Because, vast capability to store records and data, also it will be well organized. Once a data entered will not change until the user change it. Automatic numbering will help to save the time. **What do you dislike about GAGEtrak Calibration Management Software?** This software is very organized and few demerits too. There should be a reference or shortcuts to save some particular gauges or measure to access it fast. There is no option to extend calibration values without entering new measurements or values. Delete some from drop line is difficult. There is no option to list different categories of gauges or measurements. **What problems is GAGEtrak Calibration Management Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** The references should be removed or we needed a shortcuts with some simple methods. List of different measurements or gauges should be possible.
