Disliked Everything. Call Quality. Training of Receptionists. Intake process lacking. No follow-up to ensure quality. Massive errors. They were unable to even use our proper business name when answering EVERY call, and on our voicemail. When this was brought to their attention, it was not rectified. There was zero accountability for their errors. Refund was refused. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
