**What do you like best about G2 Marketing Solutions?**

Buyer intent data is the biggest value for me. I check it every day to see which companies are looking at us versus our competitors, and it’s far more effective than cold calling because I can tell the sales team exactly who’s actually in a buying cycle right now.

The LinkedIn integration is another major time saver. It lets us retarget people who visited our G2 page without me having to manually upload lists every week. It’s pricey, but it genuinely helps us avoid wasting ad budget on people who don’t care.

**What do you dislike about G2 Marketing Solutions?**

I’ve had a few happy customers get their reviews flagged or rejected over tiny technicalities, which is awkward to explain. I really wish the backend were smoother and that the overall process for customers felt more seamless.

**What problems is G2 Marketing Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to have to guess which companies were genuinely interested, and we ended up wasting a ton of time on cold leads. Now we can see exactly who’s comparing us to competitors before they even talk to us.

Earlier it was too good, but later on, even authentic reviews were getting flagged as for lacking proof, which preserves users to step back to review and publish genuine reviews.

It provides a list of softwares based on its type and further an authenticate software review, its great!

Some of the reviews are very short and seem to be just to get the rewards. The AI integration leads to generic and "slop-like" wording.

Quarterly review cycles are a lot to keep up with. I also wish I could search keywords within the reviews without having to download a spreadsheet.

G2 Marketing, i believe they are reliable and trustworthy. We earlier used to waste lots of time and efforts in promoting our online presence. But now our workflow has become more smooth  we have outsourced it to G2 marketing. It was easily integrated with our online platforms and ui friendly dashboards. i believe it has nice performance . Pricing i think is okay neither expensive nor cheap and i believe it has nice support. AI I havent used that much

It is a very good platform for leaving review about almost every domain applications/tool/software etc. Nicely phrased questions , most of them would populate answers baesd on the question.You can get information/ review of other tools you are looking for a replacement of.

There should be a inbuilt grammatical error correction mechanism while writing review, specially when we are writing Like and Dislike of any software/product.

It gives me many options to compare for a perticulare use case, for which I require any tool/ software.Gives you a good platform to provide your genuine reviews.

What I like best about G2.com is that information about anything is quickly available, which is very helpful. For every search, I get a very good analysis. I really like its AI, especially when I am out and about. The setup process is also very easy, I didn't find it too difficult and it can be done easily through OTP or Google.

I can say that this can be made faster. This time it can be made a little faster because its AI is the best. I won't say it's the best, but it should be made a little faster.

Very messy schema - Difficult to parse. Given G2's approach to thousands of overlapping and duplicate categories unfortunately making the data useful is a massive undertaking, otherwise you're drowning in noise. Additionally doesn't handle Enterprises well given the massive # of false positives - Again they give the raw data but there's a massive transform and organize on your end that needs to be undertake. We tried to connect them directly w/ DemandBase and both service teams dragged their feet to get anything usable going.

See above - Overall signals are too messy given G2's category strategy. Support was somewhat light to get going, and as such I think we're vastly underutilizing the capabilities we pay for.

G2 is a platform that sources reviews from actual users of software/SaaS. This makes it real. Here is a place where you get honest user feedback instead of the product narrative.

This is a must-visit place before you decide on your software stack.

It is not a dislike, but I would recommend that before deciding on the software it is important to see how many users have reviewed the software.

Be cautious of getting influenced based on 1-2 feedback responses only. This only happens when the software is extremely new.

I find it most helpful to have so many different software programs in one place with many reviews to help me make important software decisions.  It is so nice to have it all in one place.  I also trust G2 because the vet and really process and assess the reviews to make sure they are authentic and not just random reviews. I also love how they set up their categories and break it down so that you can search by needs and desires and even go into extensive advanced searching to get to narrow down what I am really looking for.. even if I am not 100% sure of what I want.

Honestly, I really don't have a lot that I do not like about it.  I would say sometimes it can be a little overwhelming to search through the many things that are listed on one page when you click on a category.  But it really isn't that bad..
