many times we need some updates  software which can solve large size problems  but we don't  know  about which software is more used  full and all software are very costly so that decisions  is very critical

G2 expands the software it rates often, keeping it current.

G2 has become significantly less pushy since I last interacted with it, which is a welcome development.

**What problems is G2 Marketing Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?**

G2 enables informed decisions about what software to bring into an enterprise environment and that is exceedingly valuable. Enterprise software is expensive and being able to make these decisions informedly saves sizable amounts of money and time.

Powerful machine learning algorithms now make the search option a lot better than my previous encounter. It is good that AI adoption for review is still optional and user is not forced to adopt it as the only way for their review to be submitted

Please keep on doing what you guys are already doing. Visiting the G2 website for submitting a review feels a lot easier now with the option to have a voice based, ai chatbot or form based review submission

Very frequently, I use this site for review.

The feature that shows me prospects visiting my competitor's pricing and review pages is really helpful. It helps me identify prospects who are actively evaluating solutions in my industry. Also, the initial setup was quite explainable, easy to understand, and customer-friendly.

It’s a bit pricey, and the buyer-intent data can sometimes feel pretty noisy or hard to interpret.

The review was lengthy and there was not a upside when they did not provide me with the gift card that I earned for submitting a review that was approved by them on the 16th of Jan and it is only supposed to take 2-3 business days to issue my card.

Disingenuous behavior — the downside is that G2 didn’t do what they said they would. Actions speak louder than words. At this point, I think I’ll just go to Trustpilot, since I’m sure you won’t post this.

None since they have exhibited dishonest behavior and I have to spend my time writing this.

I like the specs and that they give us money to review them. They have a very good company with no charges and no fees. It was very easy to set up, with no problems at all. I also think it's a very good app, and I would print a 10 for recommending it.

I'm not sure what exactly was disliked about G2.com from what was said. They only mentioned 'Only writing and my speaking.' when asked about what doesn't work well for them, but they didn't go into detail.

Lots of effort to maintain a high rating. Hard to figure out if our reviews are legitamate. The ROI is a bit hard to track as well, but overall G2's marketing solutions are strong and needed!

It's helpful that we can create our own landing pages and collect our reviews ourselves, instead of relying on the review platform, which is an option that some review sites limit to.

Some of the scores can be trivial, e.g. why is G2 calculating scores for software based on founding start date, # of employees, estimated revenue, etc. Those factors are less relevant than customer sentiment but still are weighed heavily.

It broadens the pool of in-market accounts we can engage in our ABM and outbound efforts. The intent data gives clear signals on which companies are actively researching similar products, helping us prioritize outreach and focus resources where there’s buying interest.

**What do you dislike about G2 Marketing Solutions?**

The shortcomings of the integrations. The 6sense integration has been disappointing, especially since it was one of the main reasons we purchased G2 Marketing Solutions. For example, the 6sense integration does not provide the location of where the prospect is who was doing the research, which is critical information for having any chance of outbounding to the correct person. The Slack integration could also be improved to specify the type of intent signal, so we don’t have to create separate channels for each intent type.

It helps us identify more in-market accounts to include in our ABM and outbound programs. By surfacing companies showing intent around our key categories, it gives both marketing and sales a clearer picture of where to focus. The main benefit is efficiency — we’re able to prioritize outreach and campaigns toward accounts that are more likely to engage, instead of casting a wide net.
