The best part about G2 is the customer support provided. The G2 team dedicated to our product is not just responsive, but takes a vested interest in our product and GTM strategies; actively assisting us in taking advantage of all G2 marketing abilities. The process of attracting new reviews for the products I manage can sometimes be somewhat challenging and complex. The variety of software categories to choose from, the authenticity of reviews, the access to and extremely responsive customer support, and the ease of integration into CRM systems and product apps made it extremely easy to implement G2 into our existing process and blend it into our day-to-day digital marketing efforts. As a software buyer, it's easy to get lost in the sheer volume of too many samey SaaS business solutions - G2 is one of the only places that offers clear directions and guidelines to find the right solution. It is priceless to know what our customers think of our product(s) and areas of opportunity. It is very powerful to know where our product compares to our competitors. The tools and support available allow us to easily launch review campaigns and the team is very responsive. What I like best is that the way G2 review campaigns are organized encourages our clients to leave more substantive reviews than they typically would on other platforms.
