There are quite a few different services provided within a single sector, which makes distinguishing true competitors and software to choose from confusing. It is a good tool to look at the customer feedback and reviews that helps us to understand what our customers like and dont like about our products. This is given as a feedback to our internal teams and helps us to improve. The customer support provided is excellent. I really like that the content of the reviews give an overall picture of our product, team, culture and what it is like to work with us. I feel like a potential customer can really get to know us before making the decision if they would like to work with us or not. The admin dashboard had frequent helpful updates for review management among other features. Review collection is seamless with the new review campaign request feature. Our CSM was very helpful to guide us through the initial phase and help us succeed with our goals. The Slack integration was useful to keep an eye out on competitior reviews. While we did they leads, their quality was inconsistent. As comapred to other channels, the activation rate and the LTV of for these leads was low.
