G2 has done an amazing job building out their offerings, diversifying away from being "just a review platform" to offering paid category promotions, licensed reports and grids, badges, buyer intent, customizable reference pages, and so much more. I've also felt very supported by the G2 team at every step along the way, even being connected to additional resources like folks who lead enablement trainings and facilitate technical support. I like how G2 has become the #1 market leader in how companies review software. Even though I'm not a power user of the G2 suite / all the features like profile viewers, integrations etc; collecting and showcasing reviews is at core of CloudTalk's strategy. It validates your B2B product in a way that makes it an essential part of the decision-making process for any B2B client. We have heard from our pipeline customers how they visited our page and if they want any feature they liked on there to be a part of their contract. So in my opinion, a B2B products' marketing and branding team must get their product claimed and registered on G2. The best part is, its easy to use and navigate for anyone. The support can often need chasing. I find it very unhelpful that they close your tickets once they've responded or you if don't respond within 48 hours, and they don't get notified even if you respond within the same email chain.
