G1ANT is partly open-source software as we welcome all developers who want to create their ideas. Developers can add their language features, e.g. structures, commands, triggers, unique variables, as well as Studio UI extensions like panels and wizard, your addons to expand the capabilities of our robot. Their technical team will set up for the first time access and provide all the information required to build a project in under a week which is very efficient. **What do you dislike about G1ANT RPA?** G1ANT RPA can have more features regarding API Integration, salesforce integration, and outlook DLLs. Although these are very specific features not required by all companies, they are good to have and will increase their base. **What problems is G1ANT RPA solving and how is that benefiting you?** G1ANT RPA is mostly used for salesforce integration where we had to create multiple number of reports each with different types of data , which done manually can take weeks. But with G1ANT RPA tool, it is so quick to develop a robot which can do these reports under hours which increases the Key perfomance indicator for my team. ### 2. We reached out to them and the sales team were so helpful and clear in the explanations, their business module is quite unique and makes sense. Now we are not only using their software, but decided to become partners, they send us customers and we do all implementation and maintenance. They even provide us with leads. The whole process was easy and always clear on what's next. **What do you dislike about G1ANT RPA?** I do not have any dislikes, everything is clear and straightforward. **Recommendations to others considering G1ANT RPA:** Just try it. I've tried it and I love it :) **What problems is G1ANT RPA solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am personally using it for lead generation and updating my CRM. My company is using it for so much more, invoices, marketing(posting and emails), generating reports. Benefits: I can handle 6-10 meetings a day, because I don't have to spend 2-3 hours updating CRM and searching for leads. ### 3. This is the word that describes G1ANT the best. You don't need to install G1ANT studio, you just turn it on and it works. It does a great job of solving the problem of repetitive manual labor, which has led to better productivity, accuracy, and reduction in average processing time. The interface was easy to learn, and we switched our automations quite quickly. **What do you dislike about G1ANT RPA?** There is not enough tutorials and information out there. When we were learning the new software, we had to reach out directly to the G1ANT representative, because we couldn't find what we needed ourselves. **Recommendations to others considering G1ANT RPA:** While the switch was decided by higher up because of the costs of the license our whole team was pleasantly surprised with the switch. The software gave us everything we had before with UiPath with added access to the code and flexibility in our automations. **What problems is G1ANT RPA solving and how is that benefiting you?** Most of our automations are used for reporting, and it works the same with G1ANT as with UiPath before. G1ANT Studio was so far the most flexible and programmer-friendly. It took me only a couple of sessions to develop my projects and use it for other work. I felt it was made with programmers in mind: from the interface, the look of the code and languages required. **What do you dislike about G1ANT RPA?** I didn’t need any manuals, but a less experienced programmer may need some assistance. Some tutorials and materials could come in handy. I noticed a lot of their work could be automated, from exporting data to different reports simultaneously to answering clients queries in a 24h timeframe. I did not have to set up my computer, get access from the IT department, G1ANT works under my own, user permissions. Also, I was able to test the software, play a little bit with it until I decided to make a purchase. Above all I was able to use my coding skills as a developer, I did not have to tick boxes as it is indifferent RPA tools, what gave me an opportunity to find workarounds around different systems. **What do you dislike about G1ANT RPA?** I did not like the dashboard, sometimes I could not find all materials in the manual section, there is a lot to improve abut overall it is working. **Recommendations to others considering G1ANT RPA:** Check them **What problems is G1ANT RPA solving and how is that benefiting you?** The company which I was implementing robots was receiving over 2000 emails with complaints, cancellations from their customers. Once we identified with the robot that there was a cancellation alert in an email we automatically matched details of the client with CRM system and we were able automatically to cancel the relevant subscription so there was no need employee to do this again.
