EVERYTHING - I am a venture backed startup founder who used Fyxer AI to manage customer scheduling and email replies. I am writing this because what happened is not a minor inconvenience. It is a data privacy failure.

Three separate incidents:

A customer booked through my Fyxer link and it routed to a personal calendar that was never connected to the platform. That calendar should never have been accessible.

A meeting displayed Central Time but was sent in a completely different timezone, creating confusion and a poor experience for my customer.

When I contacted customer support I received only automated responses. No human ever replied. For a product that sits between you and your customers, that level of support is unacceptable.

I trusted this platform with customer relationships. It failed on privacy, accuracy, and support. I would not recommend this to any founder or professional who cannot afford to have their customer data mishandled. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Fyxer AI has become our essential meeting notetaker at Me And My Golf, especially during Microsoft Teams calls. It joins meetings by itself, takes solid notes, and sends out a clear, organized transcript right after. No more rushing to write things down or worrying about forgetting something important. What really makes it great is how well it fits into our Microsoft 365 setup. The notes show up in our Outlook inboxes and also save to OneDrive automatically. Everything’s easy to find and share with the rest of the team, without any extra effort. It is used almost every day. Using and implementing it is a no brainer task. There is not that much to complain about. If I had to pick something, I’d say it would be nice if customizing the transcript format or action items was a little easier. Overall, it covers what we need really well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It takes copious notes and sends me a recap, while also keeping the transcript and recording of the call. There are so many features for webinars/zoom calls, but even more when it comes to prepping my inbox with drafts for response emails. Its very easy to use and customize to yourself, including your email signature, how emails should or should not hit your inbox, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The AI for emails is fantastic. I am in the accounting and taxation field and it has learned my business within 2 weeks. It drafts the email for me, as I would have written and better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
