EVERYTHING - I am a venture backed startup founder who used Fyxer AI to manage customer scheduling and email replies. I am writing this because what happened is not a minor inconvenience. It is a data privacy failure.
Three separate incidents:
A customer booked through my Fyxer link and it routed to a personal calendar that was never connected to the platform. That calendar should never have been accessible.
A meeting displayed Central Time but was sent in a completely different timezone, creating confusion and a poor experience for my customer.
When I contacted customer support I received only automated responses. No human ever replied. For a product that sits between you and your customers, that level of support is unacceptable.
I trusted this platform with customer relationships. It failed on privacy, accuracy, and support. I would not recommend this to any founder or professional who cannot afford to have their customer data mishandled. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
