What do you like best about SuiteCRM?

The best part of the Suite CRM system is it's customization and flexible options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SuiteCRM?

The basis of Suite CRM follows another competitor in the market and is basically a dumbed down version. Depending on your budget, I would highly suggest looking into one of the top 5 CRMs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Suite CRM has some great features, but if you're willing to shell out the cash --

If your company is Windows based, I would highly suggest Microsoft Dynamics. If you're on a distro of Linux, checkout SugarCRM. It's good to have a PHP Developer or someone familiar with building onto existing PHP code.

SalesForce is really only for those companies who don't want to be involved in the setup. They will take care of everything for you and charge you a lot for it. With the other CRM platforms out there, you can write your own code and make things nice. SuiteCRM also allows users to modify certain bits of code. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SuiteCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Suite CRM did not solve our business needs. We require more functionality - like web logic hooks - to be able to meet our needs. We also required a hosted application with a credible Support team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SuiteCRM?

SuiteCRM is capable of so many awesome things!

We use ours for scheduling meetings & calls via the Google Calendar. This feature works great.

Our CRM is used daily by our Sales Staff and acts as a system of truth for our Customer base. For the most part, its an easy to use system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SuiteCRM?

SuiteCRM is quite complicated in getting used to. For those folks who struggle more with Tech, its hard to adopt the CRM. With all of the customization possible, it leaves no room for support from the internal SuiteCRM team. SuiteCRM is very tricky and I find that the more features and customizations you add, the more difficult it becomes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SuiteCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed an updated system of truth for our customer base, that could be integrated with our older ERP. SuiteCRM has resolved this issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
