What do you like best about Fyno?

The Fyno platform is an enterprise-grade, gold-standard product that has helped debug the delivery of all customer notifications on one platform. It is easy to download reports and reconcile with all the service providers within a few minutes.

We made zero changes in our core banking, which helped us seamlessly migrate in a few days. Fyno’s team is very responsive; their response time and resolution time in fixing minor bugs are fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fyno?

What do you like best about Fyno?

What I like best about Fyno is how easy it is to use and integrate. It helps us automate notification workflows and saves a lot of time and resources in managing notification templates. The support team is quick to help, and the platform works smoothly without issues. The reports and dashboards are clear and useful, making it simple to understand and act on the data. What do you dislike about Fyno?

What do you like best about Fyno?

The immediate visibility into message performance sets Fyno apart. Rather than piecing together data from multiple dashboards, we get instant insights about which channels are hitting the mark and which need adjustment. The error handling is exceptionally smart - if a message fails through one channel, it automatically tries alternate routes without any manual intervention. What do you like best about Fyno?

Fyno allows us to centralize all our communication channels efficiently. The No code workflow builder is great and ensure that all notification logic is maintained on Fyno, without messing with my core code base. The drag-and-drop UI is easy to use, and the the team is incredibly responsive. We’ve been using Fyno for many complicated flows and the results have been amazing. What do you like best about Fyno?

What I like most about Fyno is its flexibility and seamless integration into our tech stack. It's simple drag and drop interface allows us to create powerful routing flows that involves multiple channels and service providers. That combined with Fyno's unified API end points, gives us complete control over our routing flows, allowing us to optimize them on the go without touching our code base.

What do you dislike about Fyno?

No real dislikes. However, it would be great to receive recommendations on optimal timing for customer engagement, through sophisticated predictive analytics or timing insights beyond the currently available engagement metrics. What do you like best about Fyno?

The stability I would say. Among all these complex features and supporting multiple communication providers / channels, things rarely break.

I also like their support. Very senior technical people provide support to the developers trying to integrate fyno. It was pretty simple to integrate with our system as well, helping us send communications daily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fyno?

I think Fyno's developer documentation could be improved further explaining the potential of the features it provides via examples. Few cookbooks would be even more helpful.

What do you like best about Fyno?

Fyno helps to integrate the most complicated processes and enhance workflows seamlessly. Fyno is easy to use and implement. There’s one additional advantage, the platform connects easily to other systems so that building and managing data pipelines becomes less of a hassle. Self explanatory UI makes it easy for non-technical users to understand and set up the construction of workflows. Regular improvements and a variety of options provide the possibility to use Fyno for various uses. However, the strongest features of Fyno are the ability to work with JSON data and process it in real time. We depend on it every day for triggering the notifications. What do you like best about Fyno?

I love the flexibility that Fyno offers. Their features are extremely modular and integrates seemlessly with our tech stack. Their omnichannel & optichannel communication ability reduces a lot of complexity and overheads for our developers. All the features that we need are available out-of-the-box in their platform. Fyno consolidates al our channels - sms, email and WhatsApp on a single platform. The workflow builder ensures any logic can be isolated from our code base ensuring my engineering is not spending time with notifications.
