**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** keith k. | IT Disaster Recovery Lead

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Fusion Framework System?**

I appreciate how the Fusion Framework System integrates seamlessly with Salesforce, offering a robust platform that outperformed our previous considerations. The setup was straightforward, aided by an excellent support team providing consistent assistance. The AI-based Infusion Uploader significantly reduces manual labor by 30%, enhancing efficiency in creating business continuity and disaster recovery plans. Additionally, the connectors to ServiceNow, Workday HR, and SalesPoint iQ streamline data integration and improve identity management.

**What do you dislike about Fusion Framework System?**

I find that the current exercise capability in the Fusion Framework System does not meet our requirements, especially when we conduct exercises for disaster recovery. It requires a lot of manual overhead to import legacy exercises, which is inefficient. Having the infusion AI uploader available for exercises would significantly improve processes by allowing us to bring those processes in without manually recreating them.

**What problems is Fusion Framework System solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find the product connects departmental capabilities, ensuring seamless data integration and communication, which helps us prioritize tasks and identify gaps. It reduces manual labor by 30% using AI and facilitates identity management and data import from ServiceNow and Workday.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** TINA B. | Information Security Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Fusion Framework System?**

What is most helpful is that the tool is a centralized repository for all BR/DR data/information and planning.
Also, The Guided Workflow (GWF) is a user friendly game changer tool for our end users which serves an Automated workflow for plan updates. GWF helps ensure all users follow the same process when updating their plans while reducing variability and errors and improving compliance.

I don’t have any dislikes at this juncture. Fusion is a comprehensive solution for organizations looking to mature their business resilience/business continuity and disaster recovery programs.

**What problems is Fusion Framework System solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fusion Framework System solves the problem of fragmented and inconsistent business resilience/business continuity and disaster recovery documentation. Now, Fusion provides a centralized, standardized, and version-controlled platform that ensures alignment across departments.

  ### 7. Fusion Framework System Evaluation Report

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ajay Y. | Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Fusion Framework System?**

What I like best about the Fusion Framework System is its flexibility and configurability. It allows organizations to tailor risk and resilience processes according to their unique business needs without heavy customization or coding. The user interface is intuitive, and the integration capabilities across business continuity, risk management, and incident response provide a centralized, real-time view of organizational risk. The automation of workflows and robust reporting tools significantly enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.

**What do you dislike about Fusion Framework System?**

While the Fusion Framework System offers strong flexibility and integration features, one area that could be improved is its learning curve for new users. Due to the system’s extensive configurability, it can feel overwhelming at first without proper training. Additionally, some users have noted that advanced reporting or dashboard customization can require technical expertise or support from Fusion, rather than being fully self-service. Occasional performance lags during heavy data loads or complex workflows can also affect the user experience.

**What problems is Fusion Framework System solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Fusion Framework System is solving the challenge of siloed risk and continuity management by centralizing key resilience functions—like business continuity, risk assessment, incident management, and ITDR—into a single, integrated platform.

This has benefited us in several ways:

Improved visibility and decision-making: With real-time data and dashboards, leadership can quickly assess risks and make informed decisions during disruptions.

Streamlined workflows: Automated tasks and notifications have reduced manual effort, increased consistency, and improved response times across teams.

Audit readiness and compliance: The system helps us maintain clear documentation and traceability, making regulatory audits smoother and less time-consuming.

Enhanced collaboration: Stakeholders across departments now work from the same data source, minimizing miscommunication and delays.

**Official Response from Kendall Matthews:**

> Thank you for the thoughtful review, Ajay! We’re glad to hear that the platform’s flexibility and integration are driving value for your organization. We appreciate the feedback on usability and reporting, and we’ll be sure to share it with the team. Thank you for being part of the Fusion community.

  ### 9. Fusion Framework Review

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2025

I find a lot of value in the Guided Workflow (GWF). It eases the transition to creating a BIA in the tool.

**What do you dislike about Fusion Framework System?**

It's more expensive than other planning tools that I have looked at in the past.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Martin B. | Director of Risk Management Systems, Oil & Energy, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2024

**What do you like best about Fusion Framework System?**

Risk management is one of the most impressive features in Fusion Framework System and I find them exceptional. By integrating it with our systems, it gives us the ability to analyze risk data in a centralized fashion. Dashboards providing real time data with possible layouts are essential for decision making in the company. Certain features such as managing incidents, tracking regulatory compliance as well has made processes to become simpler and improve our overall risk management strategy.

**What do you dislike about Fusion Framework System?**

An area that Fusion Framework System could consider revising is the graphical user interface because it is rather medley to novice users. This has made the learning process of the team slow and required more training to get familiar and utilize all the features of the app. Moreover, the software has virtually every setting adjustable, with their administration time consuming and sometimes requiring professional level knowledge. Such factors have at times limited ability to fully unlock value from the software capabilities as desired.

**What problems is Fusion Framework System solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fusion Framework System addresses the strategic issues of risk management and regulatory compliance. We have found that its centralized risk data and the real time risk monitoring capabilities from queriable dashboards have revolutionized the decision making tools at our firm. Altogether, Fusion Framework System improves our risk management approaches and compliancy with rules and regulations that result in the strengthening of the actual operational setting.

I love the drag and drop ability, the basic features are great for typical needs. It offers almost everything you need for management. It is very comforting to work with this platform. It is extremely useful for managing updated information.

**What do you dislike about Fusion Framework System?**

There are a number of features that can be improved a little more. It also seems to have some conversion problems. There are many settings that can be difficult to understand.

**What problems is Fusion Framework System solving and how is that benefiting you?**

  ### 24. Fusion Framework System is bridging the gap between technical prowess and operational needs

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Harold P. | Risk Management Specialist, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 06, 2024

**What do you like best about Fusion Framework System?**

In working with Fusion Framework System, I have to be on top of everything that can pose risks to our business. It is a strong one for compiling and condensing all kinds of information in order that we can quickly take smart decisions when issues arise. It is very easy to set up, and we can display information on dashboard pages that can be adjusted to our preferences, so everyone can be on the same page

**What do you dislike about Fusion Framework System?**

Getting started may seem to be a big load because there is so much one could do with it. Some more transparent steps or additional help at the very beginning would be helpful for sure. And sometimes it becomes a bit slow when we are working with larger volumes of data. This becomes kind of irritating. To speed up the process is necessary, especially when it is very crowded. This would be really helpful.

**What problems is Fusion Framework System solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Fusion Framework System has led to a drastic paradigm shift in the way we understand risk management by giving us a comprehensive overview of our risk picture and the scope of our business interruption capabilities. Being a specialist in this area empowers me to do a good job at finding those vulnerabilities, evaluating their possible effects, and coming up with a complete risk response plan. With this foresight, our decisions are proactive and we have a robust contingency plan for different situations. The system's collaborative function also nurtures a culture of persistence among departments, ensuring that everybody is on the same page and together we ensure the continuity.

**Official Response from Biana Perez:**

> It's great to hear that Fusion Framework System is providing you with a comprehensive overview of risk management and empowering you to make proactive decisions. We appreciate your feedback about the setup process and system performance, and we will work on addressing these areas for a better user experience.

**Reviewed by:** Peter R. | Risk Management Administrator, Financial Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2024

**What do you like best about Fusion Framework System?**

The aspect that I find most appealing about Fusion Framework System is that it has so many options available. It comprehensively covers all our needs starting from risk management to tracking of incidents. I like the fact that the dashboards can be adapted to present the data in a way that fits well with business processes. It has improved our capacity in handling projects as well as better handling of incidents by increasing the efficiency of the processes.

**What do you dislike about Fusion Framework System?**

My main concern with Fusion Framework System is that from time to time it slows down when other people also use it. This is sometimes very annoying and slows our progress. That is, while customer support exists, it is often rather slow, which can complicate the resolution of certain problems. On the downside, however, some of the performance issues were observed and for a software that has many features, some of the slow support responses sometimes deter the users.

**What problems is Fusion Framework System solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fusion Framework System plays an important role in enterprise risk management solution, allowing for the risk evaluation, accidental occurrences handling, and business sustaining and recovery plans. The great compatibility with ServiceNow and Microsoft Azure to gather data and also facilitate functions in our company. In my own opinion, the ability to address risk and the availability of business continuity plans remain the biggest pluses of Fusion Framework System. This application has very useful and convenient customizable dashboards, along with the real time reporting options that increase our efficiency. It has been a short implementation process, and the customer support has been very helpful where we have at some point required their assistance. The numerous aspects make us adapt its delivery to our demands thus enhancing our wellness.

**What do you dislike about Fusion Framework System?**

Fusion Framework System has relatively weak performance when doing heavy processing during its busiest hours. It has brought changes to our working operations especially when it comes to handling large data to arrive at quick decision making. However, the versatility is somewhat marred by the sheer number of features, which could come across as confusing to new users as they first have to familiarise themselves with all of them. Some of these concerns have hindered the efficiency of some processes and pronunciation in certain training periods.

**What problems is Fusion Framework System solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I really like Fusion Framework System to meet our data management and risk assessment issues. Overall it ease our operation to quickly realize possible risks and take precautionary measures. This has been beneficial to our team since it has improved our working capability and decision making ability. **Reviewed Date:** June 05, 2024

**What do you like best about Fusion Framework System?**

For me personally, I really like that Fusion Framework System is not very complicated. From an administrators’ perspective, modifying our incident models is as easy. The knowledge base built within the system supports the capacity of our team in the identification of solutions. Custom implementation processes are clear, so as to mean that one will be in a position to suit the system accordingly. The manner in which it deals with the incidents and their management has greatly enhanced our flow of work.

**What do you dislike about Fusion Framework System?**

About what I find hard is tracking changes over time because there is not enough documentation. Regarding the customization options, while they are beneficial, they sometimes come with added support and informing the administrators of their capabilities.

**Reviewed by:** Casper P. | Senior operations manager, Architecture & Planning, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2024

**What do you like best about Fusion Framework System?**

The aspect of the Fusion Framework System that I like the most is how it helps us to integrate the management of risks on a central platform. However, syncing it in with Salesforce and ServiceNow makes for easy data integration which is very useful. The simplicity is therefore very appealing to our team and has made adoption of the same very swift, enhancing our operational capabilities. Furthermore, such improvements to reporting help us produce in depth risk analysis more quickly while also facilitating enforcement of compliance standards.

**What do you dislike about Fusion Framework System?**

One disadvantage of the Fusion Framework System is that it offers a very limited number of options for changing the appearance of reports. This is quite limiting because it becomes difficult to customize the reports in order to fit the organization’s needs , sometimes additional corrections will need to be made manually. Such as the user permission settings are quite limited, and will sometimes impede a certain member’s ability to use necessary features without administrator approval. Such limitations lead to time wastage and overall performance compromise, hence, a possible weak response to risk management requirements.

**What problems is Fusion Framework System solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Overall, the implementation of Fusion Framework System has enhanced our risk management as all data storage and processes have been incorporated into one system. It helps the identification of the risks in the business and thus facilitates better business continuity plan. To overcome this we have installed this software which had help us a lot to track compliance. This has had a positive impact on our work in the team as we are more prepared and proactive in case of emergence of challenges and has helped us in coming up with the best risk management policies.

**Official Response from Biana Perez:**

> Thank you for sharing your feedback on the Fusion Framework System and how it has had a positive impact on your work as a team. We are thrilled to hear that you find the centralized risk management feature, along with the integration with Salesforce and ServiceNow, beneficial for your business operations.

They are easy to use thus the team has been able to adapt to the system without difficulties. We have linked it with our incident management tool and it has very much helped the flow and response time. The consolidation of data within the system as well as the detailed reporting has been especially helpful for our compliance and audit needs.

**What do you dislike about Fusion Framework System?**

One major weakness of Fusion Framework System is the aspect of flexibility by which the system can be modified to fit a specific need. However, this goes a long way in creating constraints when it comes to special customization of the software hence some few instances of inefficiencies. Moreover, there may be some small issues like bugs and glitches and they might be quite irritating and cause certain inconvenience. These weaknesses have caused, to some extent, a decline in our output rate and the usability of the site.

Fusion Framework System has made a very big performance in managing and minimizing various risks. Before, we were working from specific methodologies, having data scattered all over the place. The division of tasks or the grouping of departments amongst the staff is such a great way to help the work process to be smoother and thus, the work output will be increased.

**What do you dislike about Fusion Framework System?**

One negative aspect of the Fusion Framework System is its limited customer support. The software is still robust but getting a helping hand when you encounter problems is not so easy. This sense of customer support that is not responsive at all has at times caused the postponement of the resolution of some important issues, which in turn affected the steady operation of our business, and thus, the ability of the company to handle the urgent matters instantly.

  ### 36. We maximized efficiency through integration and automation of risk management measures

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amanda D. | Senior Operations Analyst, Logistics and Supply Chain, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2024

**What do you like best about Fusion Framework System?**

Undoubtedly, Fusion Framework System is acknowledged for its friendly, even for new users interface, so what I really like about that software is that it is very intuitive even for our untech members who belong to our project. Also, as the software is compatible with other available in the market softwares, we have a plan of its full integration into other tools we use, like the project management systems and communication platforms, which will significantly improve our workflow efficiency and let us have a more directly oriented working approach and less interruptions.

**What do you dislike about Fusion Framework System?**

One of the weaknesses of Fusion Framework System is that it has less features compared to some other risk management software programs available in the market. This constraint has impaired our performance of several in-depth risk analysis operations thereby reducing our productivity. Second and most importantly, the failure to have coordinated customer support leads to large delays in problem resolution, which, again, ultimately lowers the productivity.

**What problems is Fusion Framework System solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Fusion Framework System has the ability to solve many risk management issues through its centralized platform by presenting the identification, evaluation of risk and possible mitigation of them. It results in saving a lot of time, solving many problems and making informed decisions. For me, it makes the workload lighter by automating the repetitive tasks allowing me to focus on strategic risk management initiatives.

**Official Response from Biana Perez:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Fusion Framework System's user interface and its compatibility with other tools. We're pleased to hear that Fusion's Framework System has helped streamline your risk management processes and save time. **What do you like best about Fusion Framework System?**

For the management of our projects, I have been using the Fusion Framework System, and I have found it to be very flexible, as we can change the software to meet our specific requirements. Its flexibility is among the most important benefits of this program; it handles changes quickly, making it perfect for dynamic project environments going forward. The experience that I received from the Fusion Community was very good as they would always provide me with some kind of support and an answer whenever I needed help.

**What do you dislike about Fusion Framework System?**

Nevertheless, the implementation of the Fusion Framework System was a big time and resources consuming project. Despite that it is quite flexible, the program can be difficult to configure and maintain including updating the risk management framework.

**What problems is Fusion Framework System solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The larger part of our challenges, mostly in project coordination and risk management, has been solved by the Fusion Framework System. This has cut the time we spend on desk tasks, and in turn has enabled us to concentrate on the core project activities.

  ### 40. Fusion reporting capabilities are industry-leading, but platform configuration needs enhancement.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Pharmaceuticals | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 02, 2024

**What do you like best about Fusion Framework System?**

Once you have brought good data into Fusion, it's reporting capabilities are extremely strong. The system is able to anaylze data across various different components to produce meaningful reports that really allow you to assess your organization's level of resilience. Running reports in Fusion is very intuitive, and the system allows for dashboards to be built-out to more easily present your reports to varying audiences.

**What do you dislike about Fusion Framework System?**

Fusion is a highly customizable platform, which we viewed as a positive initially. However, we quickly realized that Fusion does not offer much in the way of an out-of-box solution, meaning that we had to spend substainal time and money configuring our instance to be ready for end-user BIA and plan development. This involved configuring user profiles, user homepages, plan templates, system-generated notifications, etc, and we had to be very careful while doing all of this to ensure that what we were building would not interfere with system upgrades in the future.

**What problems is Fusion Framework System solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fusion provides us with a single platform to manage and store all continuity plans across our enterprise. It ensures consistency in the data we are capturing via standardized plan templates, and enables us to quickly report on and assess impact during a disruption to a site, application or vendor.

**Official Response from Iyla Dizechi:**

> Thank you for sharing your feedback on Fusion Framework System. We're glad to hear that you find the reporting capabilities to be industry-leading and intuitive. **Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Santiago G. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2023

**What do you like best about Fusion Framework System?**

I've been developing mobile apps professionally for a while now, and I have to say, the Fusion Framework System is a really handy tool to have. The best thing about it if you ask me is that it's so customizable - I can tweak my programs every which way to match up with practically any changes that come down the pike. And looking into the future, that flexibility means whatever projects I'm working on now should still be relevant later.

**What do you dislike about Fusion Framework System?**

now, it does have some downsides that I've run into. The learning curve on Fusion, especially for people new to these kinds of complex platforms is pretty steep. It takes a lot of effort to really harness all its advanced capabilities.

**What problems is Fusion Framework System solving and how is that benefiting you?**

But when it comes to solving problems, I'd say Fusion has been a total game-changer for my workflow. It really streamlines the process so I can finish projects faster. And because it's so adaptable, I can use it to take on all kinds of different projects instead of needing a million different tools.

  ### 42. Build a better operation that is risk-aware

No dislike with Fusion Framework. It worked better that what we expect and able to fulfill the gap that we had in risk management before. Great result after the deployment.

**What problems is Fusion Framework System solving and how is that benefiting you?**

To have a continuity business service without downtime of service interruption, we need to indentify critical service with our operation that will shutdown our operation entirely if it has error. By identifying the main critical operation, we manage to remove the problem.

  ### 43. Fusion is great but we have noticed limitations with the new EverBridge mass notification tool.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brian W. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 01, 2023

**What do you like best about Fusion Framework System?**

We like the ability to be flexible and the ability to customize the tool. One of the features we enjoy is the ability to monitor DR exercises, connect to other tools and provide a place for all of our plans

**What do you dislike about Fusion Framework System?**

Certain limitations to other tools. This may not be something that is an easy fix since other tools like EverBridge or ServiceNow continue to make improvements to their tool

**What problems is Fusion Framework System solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are in the process of creating a new tier to our system. in the future we can see that there will be more modules that may be added to our system.
One problem that I see from the Admin perspective is that some of the internal settings were not completely communicated during training. Security Certs, Mod. connections, Data Uploading to name a few

**What do you dislike about Fusion Framework System?**

There does not seem to be a way to make uploading plans from their current format as we have them and input that data into Fusion. This makes the front end work quite bulky for our properties.

**What problems is Fusion Framework System solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It should improve data collection and use cases for our business units

It is very easy to navigate and report, the interface is intuitive. I particularly admire the manner in which it simplifies arduous tasks that would otherwise be overwhelming.

**What do you dislike about Fusion Framework System?**

Nonetheless, the process of investing the initial time and resources required to effectively apply and uphold the Fusion Framework System can be overwhelming. That’s good because it is highly customizable, but it also made our implementers spend a lot of time configuring it to be exactly right for what we needed in risk management.

**What problems is Fusion Framework System solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fusion Framework System is the solution for our data integration and analysis. It has drastically cut the time we spend on manual data handling by centralizing our risk management processes.

  ### 48. Complete Data, Actionable Plans using the Fusion Risk Management platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laurie Ann S. | Senior Manager, Operational Resilience, Entertainment, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 01, 2023

**What do you like best about Fusion Framework System?**

In my over 20 years of business continuity, disaster recovery, and crisis/incident management program development and leadership, Fusion Risk Management is one of the most flexible platforms for building and connecting the data elements critical to useful plans. The platform allows for robust customization and alignment with industry standards. By being able to structure fields and data, it is easy for day-to-day users to provide important risk information without being bogged down with too many details. The reporting functionality, especially in the build-out of dynamic dashboards is one of the best ways to engage partners and “tell the story” about why planning is so important to the strategic direction of a company. This elevates the program objectives from the simple “I have a plan in the trunk of my car” to “I have a plan that helps me define, mitigate and reduce risk”. Partners, ranging from business prospects, regulators, auditors, and company management and employees can see the value of a program through reporting that speaks to their area of focus. With such a heavy focus now on operational resilience and the convergence of disciplines through data, Fusion is perfectly positioned to build an integrated set of data that services the objectives of all the risk families within a company.

**What do you dislike about Fusion Framework System?**

The area where I see the most potential for enhancement is in partnering during implementation, with a heavy focus on data construction and integration. Unfortunately, many companies have understaffed programs. To truly use Fusion as “a member of the team” the structure of data is critical to success. This, of course, presents a bit of a quandary as the implementation team is there to deliver what the client needs. Perhaps more focus could be placed on partnering new implementors with mentor program owners in order to best harness the power a platform like Fusion brings to the table.

**What problems is Fusion Framework System solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clarity - through well-structured data, we are able to connect important business services to gain a clear picture of risks, dependencies, and strategies
Engagement - using a flexible platform and easy-to-use interface, companies can involve process owners in continuous updates - as the business changes, it is reflected in the plans
Accessibility - dynamic reporting allows program owners and planners to delve into and focus on key areas of risk seeing the span of impact across the entire enterprise
