Running reports in Fusion is very intuitive, and the system allows for dashboards to be built-out to more easily present your reports to varying audiences. **What do you dislike about Fusion Framework System?** Fusion is a highly customizable platform, which we viewed as a positive initially. However, we quickly realized that Fusion does not offer much in the way of an out-of-box solution, meaning that we had to spend substainal time and money configuring our instance to be ready for end-user BIA and plan development. This involved configuring user profiles, user homepages, plan templates, system-generated notifications, etc, and we had to be very careful while doing all of this to ensure that what we were building would not interfere with system upgrades in the future. **What problems is Fusion Framework System solving and how is that benefiting you?** Fusion provides us with a single platform to manage and store all continuity plans across our enterprise.
