What do you like best about FuseBase (formerly Nimbus)?

I absolutely love how Nimbus seamlessly brings together internal collaboration and client communication. The workspace, our internal hub, provides our team with a customizable and efficient operating system for project management, time tracking, and knowledge management. It's a one-stop solution for all our internal needs. However, the true gem is the Client Portal. Its user-friendly microsites make it incredibly easy for our clients to access project updates, files, meeting notes, and even create tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nimbus neatly brings together all our project management needs and client interaction in one platform. All the different tasks and processes we were juggling separately have come together beautifully. Particularly impressive is the Client Portal. It's easy to use, uncluttered, and our clients find it very intuitive, which has made a world of difference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about FuseBase (formerly Nimbus)?

I am really impressed by how far Nimbus advanced with project management features. I like the task feature that helps me to assign my team tasks, set deadlines and labels. Furthermore, I see that they also added task descriptions and task comments. That's awesome. It'll replace Jira for me and help manage my projects where I store information about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FuseBase (formerly Nimbus)?

Sometimes it takes time to load the page with lots of content. But I didn't notice any deal-breaking issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I used it mainly as a knowledge base for my projects, but now that they have tasks, I used it also as a project management tool. I've invited my team to the workspace and collaborated with them there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about FuseBase (formerly Nimbus)?

Granular permission, that's what I waited for! They are great. Now I can invite all my team to the workspaces and give them access only to the folders they need to see. It is very convenient in terms of information filtering. My team members work and discuss things in the dedicated folders. As a result, they are not overwhelmed with excessive information and can focus more on their work. Even better, there are multiple instruments for collaboration inside those folders. We can easily exchange feedback by commenting on the text, picture, or other information.

Apart from granular permissions, I'd like to highlight Nimbus's objects for more accessible page organization (toggles, collapsible headings, buttons, hints). They help me to make important information more vivid and catchy Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FuseBase (formerly Nimbus)?

I am waiting for more integrations in Nimbus. They already have a lot of them, but I need to have other specific tools as well Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is FuseBase (formerly Nimbus) solving and how is that benefiting you?

Teamwork, information organization Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about FuseBase (formerly Nimbus)?

The best part of Nimbus Notes is that the platform is constantly evolving and improving. I'm pretty spread out in terms of my commitments (digital marketing 9-5 job, three side hustles & currently wrapping up my MBA) and Nimbus provides more than adequate structure/organization and helps me make sense of everything in my life. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FuseBase (formerly Nimbus)?

The only downside that comes to mind really isn't a downside, but the platform has so much to offer - it's like the Salesforce of notes, such that if you can dream it you can do it with Nimbus! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is FuseBase (formerly Nimbus) solving and how is that benefiting you?

Nimbus provides an excellent way for me to keep my automotive dealership clients up-to-speed with the flurry of ideas that I have in terms of improving their digital presence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about FuseBase (formerly Nimbus)?

Similar to evernote. A lot of features, clean interface, and positive expectation about how to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FuseBase (formerly Nimbus)?

One day I wanted to purchase a monthly plan and when making the payment via Paypal it was changed to an annual plan and they charged me for the entire year. I immediately, I repeat, IMMEDIATELY contacted support to fix that bug. The answer was INDIFFERENCE. They didn't fix anything and they kept my money.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND HIRING SERVICES WITH THIS COMPANY, due to its lousy customer service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
