Sometimes it takes a couple of attempts reworking the prompt but once you find the right wording it generally works brilliantly. Have faced issues in the past in regards to american/english language differences (eg: scatter cushions=throw pillows) but I just have to keep this in mind as I'm writing prompts. The new text to video tool is really exciting and can perform well - we've started drafting some product videos as a team. Its much harder to write prompts for these and its a bit frustrating that we aren't allowed refunds on videos. I also appreciate that the team is very responsive when we face issues. **What do you dislike about Furniture Connect AI Studio?** When the platform is undergoing updates it can impact performance and outputs of the tools but this is understandable and only a minor temporary issue. I find the perspective change tool difficult to use and turn to edit with text to achieve the same/similar results. I might find it easier to use a text prompt rather than the angles but that could just be personal preference. Not being able to ask for refunds on videos has become a newer pain point for us as we weren't aware of this when we started using the tool. Since the tool is new and can be a bit temperamental the outputs usually are incorrect so would be ideal to have some sort of refund system. **What problems is Furniture Connect AI Studio solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have had issues with our photography studio not being up to standard recently and haven't been able to get as many photography shoots for products. I also find the batch tool very valuable as it lets us process as many photos as we want at once, which is great. The ability to quickly edit photos makes us work more efficiently when uploading products, and it's helpful that we can edit different wood and fabric finishes. The initial setup was pretty easy too, with guidance provided on using the tool and support always available when needed. **What do you dislike about Furniture Connect AI Studio?** We have battled to get an easy and consistent white background and squaring of images.
