The initial data upload takes the longest, but once it is ready the stats are quickly there. You can see all the key metrics and even break them down by gift size, which is very helpful. You can also look at the metrics by donors or by dollars. **What do you dislike about Fundraising Report Card?** While you can break down the interactive graphs of each metric by gift size, the chart which shows the actual numbers of the metrics does not change, making it hard to tell the real number of the metric. It is also not easy to print or share the reports unless you can show someone on a computer. On most of the graphs, you have to hover over it to show the number, which doesn't print well. **Recommendations to others considering Fundraising Report Card:** They offer a free version to try, but I found it to be most powerful when I could analyize every donation made to my organization. **What problems is Fundraising Report Card solving and how is that benefiting you?** We started using Fundraising Report Card when we were down a staff member to help us quickly analyze data. But pulling reports into Excel to manipulate data by hand to get detailed reports on fundraising data take forever. Fundraising Report Card integrates with our CRM [Kindful] and so now, I push a button, and 10 minutes later - I get to look at ALL of my data in so many ways along with beautiful charts... it takes minutes to prepare detailed and professional reports for my board of directors instead of hours. **What do you dislike about Fundraising Report Card?** Nothing. The product forces the entire staff to create donor ids and provides a structure on how to associate each donation. The easy flow and the fast process is extremely effective in providing reporting to board of directors. The product also enhances the strengths and weaknesses of the organizations fundraising ability. **What do you dislike about Fundraising Report Card?** You need to have excel abilities that are above average. If you lack excel abilities the product will not work for you. hence I believe more training should be given to customers who use this product. **Recommendations to others considering Fundraising Report Card:** Our company began using them when we began to explore new ways in increasing our donor base. We wanted to increase individual donors and remain connected with them. The product works however you must be consistently entering the data into the system, hence my recommendation is that the entire staff is trained on the product. **What problems is Fundraising Report Card solving and how is that benefiting you?** Fundraising and analyzing how we can improve. As a non-profit we are always trying to keep the best information possible for our donors.
