half cut sessions. (maybe it is the customer but sometimes it is not clear what happens)

Fullstory has been a great help when assisting my customers. It can be difficult sometimes when the customer can't explain exactly what is going on, so being able to review exactly the steps they take makes it so much more efficient when helping resolve their issues.
