What do you like best about Fullstory?

I have used many analytics tool. Fullstory really stands out. Easy to use and serves every one in the ORG. Starting from business user, QA and developer. There have been many instances where an issue was easy to debug because of the tool. Not to mention how business friendly it is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fullstory?

There might be some enhancement needed where if there is an api call that failed the status is not properly captured and can mislead sometimes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For me ,using FullStory has been a game-changer . The platform’s session replay feature lets me see exactly how users interact with my site, making it easy to spot issues and improve the user experience. Its interface and detailed analytics help me understand user behavior in depth. What do you like best about Fullstory?

We're still not using FullStory for its full potential, but it's great to see how Customers are interacting with our app and set up tracking for those interactions. It was easy to integrate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fullstory?

Had some issues with using FullStory via Segment, so there are some black holes in setup and implementation there. It take a lot of effort to start setting interaction tracking and funnels, and having more training on that would be useful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They've really streamlined the data exports - these are huge data sets and downloading them or pulling it from the API is as easy as it could be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not very robust as an analytics tool - single variable charts available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use Fullstory in order to report on product usage and monitoring access. This helps us to analyze which products are the most valuable and which periods are most frequented, which helps us to drive business and product decisions about how to maintain resources.
