It's very easy to use, and it integrates with Practice Better, so I'm easily able to offer my clients my top supplement recommendations instantly. I use it very regularly, almost weekly. It's user-friendly and has a wide variety of products available in Canada at my disposal. There's also a number of tools that are helpful, like done-for-you protocols and company promotions, that's a great benefit for busy practitioners. I would highly recommend this service. Being a Fullscript user in Canada, the only thing I dislike is not being able to use it freely for my USA clients or use some of the products from across the border for my Canadian clients, but I guess that might be out of their control. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The interface is easy to use and can get started pretty quickly! The built in reminders are helpful in compliance if patients are to be continuing a recommendation. If they're not refilling, it opens them door for a conversation with them about where they're at in their treatment journey. They report liking the email and text notifications, too. Sometimes seeing all the options can be overwhelming. And at times, there may be a product by a brand that's one there that isn't available, so I'd end up going straight through the brand itself, which throws off the preference of using minimal number of accounts to get items to patients. Fullscript stands out for its comprehensive range of high-quality supplements and health products - I've been using it since I switched over from Wellevate last year. The platform is user-friendly, and I appreciate that it integrates with my EMR (Practice Better), too. The product itself is designed nicely with simple instructions how to get started and how things work. The product selection is very diverse and high quality. You don't need to be very tech savvy to use Fullscript with your existing EHR. I love the idea of being able to add supplement sales to my practice. Genius! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What really needs to be reworked is the fact that patients need to go through all the steps of creating an account and agreeing to a number of spam permissions just to see the supplements you prescribed. The number of steps it takes from first contact with the patient to an actual sale is impractical. The process should actually be the complete reverse: they should see the products immediately, make their purchase, then sign up to receive more information and access resources. It's also impossible to create a viable storefront when customers have to create an account for something first and they have no idea what is on the inside. Also the full collection of products are not available as an open catalog, potentially missing sales on other products that patients may want to purchase. The products are sold out quite frequently after a few purchases. It seems their inventory is not that big. I have bought quite a few products myself and found the same products on Amazon often for less. So, to sell products for a higher price, the experience really needs some streamlining and improvement.
