**What do you like best about FullCourt Enterprise?**

You can get basic information about a case. You can see charges, what date they were charged, judges, lawyers etc. You can search by attorney to see what they're scheduled for for the week. 

**What do you dislike about FullCourt Enterprise?**

you need logins to see documents when these documents are a matter of public record and shouldn't be restricted. You have to take several steps to see which cases an attorney has up for a date/time when they are scheduled for them. 

**Recommendations to others considering FullCourt Enterprise:**

You don't probably have much of a choice, most people use it because it was chosen by their county. It's madness. 

**What problems is FullCourt Enterprise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to find the case number by someone's name. Being able to find basic information about the other party.

**What do you like best about FullCourt Enterprise?**

I like that it ensures that we have all timelines and cases set and ready for hearings.  If we didn't have FullCourt Enterprise, we would be struggling to keep this Court running smoothly.  In any trainings or conferences I go to, I recommend FullCourt to everyone.

**What do you dislike about FullCourt Enterprise?**

The glitches.  Sometimes things do not work like they are supposed to, but, it is always fixed in a timely manner.

**Recommendations to others considering FullCourt Enterprise:**

I have only worked with FullCourt, not only as a Court Administrator, but as a clerk.  FullCourt made everything that much easier because of the setup and customer support.

**What problems is FullCourt Enterprise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are still learning on FullCourt on a day to day basis.  There are so many things that can be done.  I enjoy the scanning capability of FullCourt and will soon enjoy the Citation Import system.  Currently, we manually enter our citations into FullCourt which is a time consuming effort on my employees.
