Very simple, quick and easy to pick up, ideal for finding out information that would be otherwise near impossible to obtain, making work processes a lot smoother and faster

The business problems I've solved using this programme is finding the right size and structure of specific companies, helping me understand whether they're part of a bigger group or the ultimate parent company.

Insight into clients business trends, director and other appointments.  Helps me to see if the company is big enough to deal with.  Helps me to see what their payment of invoices is like as well in order for u to get the cash in quicker or if they are in trouble.

the ability to generate lists of customers to contact that on site systems cannot create.

adding customers into artesian has also been really easy and the team are very fast at doing this

not much, perhaps drilling down deeper with postcodes will be more advantageous

i am able to get in touch with customers that i previously would never have been able to via verticals or geographical searches. this is the main issue that i have when working

Simple interface and detailed categorization tools

I would like the ability to prospect based on lists of company names, without having to enter them manually. 

**Recommendations to others considering FullCircl:**

Artesian is an excellent tool for prospecting, market sizing and defining market geography and stability. Artesian could improve on the accuracy of some categories such as turnover estimates, however it is a solid product and I wouldn't be able to do my job as well without it.

Look to fully utilise filters when searching for businesses as well as making sure the email alerts you receive are really valid for you and what you are looking to achieve by using Artesian

I am working to help businesses alleviate cost and time with IT procurement. This tool helps me to see whats going on with the business in the news, and therefore have a greater understanding of the business drivers and goals

I like the ease of use, its very easy to find out what you need quickly. it is also very easy to help identify new businesses that haven't been added onto our system.

The best thing about artesian is the ability to control the types of information you receive.

I dislike the fact that the financial news I receive does not have a share button next to it, this would be helpful and would boost my social seller score.

When market sector news comes in, particularly regarding brexit, this information can be used when dealing with customer queries and requests.

The connections event was really well run and just the right length of time. Clearly they had reflected on last years event to make it an even better experience this time around

There are areas for development, and I see evidence time and resources are being spent on this.  I am particularly encourage by their entry into the North American Market.

Must be tried to be fully evaluated. Seek support in setting it up as this is vital

Better informed, in a timely fashion. It has helped me keep on top of difficult to find news stories relating to the public sector at both a local and national level.

The prospector tool, this is very useful. It allows me to gather a large amount of data and refine it using their in depth information.

Nothing at a glance. Although the layout of information on the website could be structured differently.

Finding new customers / prospects is always a challenge. However artesian has simplified this.

the breakdown of a companies group status. Seeing the parent company is very useful.

user count is sometimes very inaccurate and the live credit score is as well.

with the growth indicator it is great to understand if a customer is experiencing this and will need to grow their IT around this.

I like that you can set up different alert e-mails. I also am a user of the gazette feature, which I've found has been really easy to use.

**What do you dislike about FullCircl?**

There's not a lot that I don't like. The only thing which is slightly annoying, is that you have to change your preferences to stop not so relevant articles from coming through. It would be better if you could click a link within the e-mail.

Really useful tool, but only if you dedicate time to set it up correctly.

**What do you like best about FullCircl?**

Fantastic customer service helps to pinpoint the exact information I need. The service sends me clippings each day that are interesting and insightful, and I quickly share them with my colleagues to spark new conversations with the clients - effectively, its a ready-made 'moments that matter' toolkit.

**What do you dislike about FullCircl?**

Every now and then they send me useless financial statements for my clients - so still pertinent to my clients and what they are doing, but in terms of building rapport with my clients, not useful. But I still eagerly open each clipping email to see what is inside.

**Recommendations to others considering FullCircl:**

Consider geographic and language reach - last I spoke with the team they were limited in geographies covered and languages included, but had big plans for global expansion.

You get what you put into it - so take the time to get the search functions right and it'll feed you the information you need, when you need it.

**What problems is FullCircl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps keep me and my team focused on the client and able to reference things about the client and their day-to-day news activities. Great way to start a new conversation with the teams.

Caveat: I use this service mostly for company and news clippings, with a dash of social media. I understand it can do a lot more with client and contact details, but this is an area I have not used extensively.
