**What do you like best about FullCircl?**

Look the ability to get alerts on prospects but also be able to dive in to records, do my research on the people, the financials, the history and the structure etc. Also saves a lot of time in gathering information that I would normally have to go to many sources for.

**What do you dislike about FullCircl?**

I would like more sector trends and insight so that not only can I find prospects but then also bring some insight to the table and understand the pressures they are facing and how I might be able to help them.

**What problems is FullCircl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Huge amount of time saving in gathering info from various sources, better understanding of prospects. I don't yet properly use the prospector but that is my next job as I believe there should be some great value in that tool.

In my honest opinion and for what it is being used for I personally do not have a dislike.

**Recommendations to others considering FullCircl:**

You don't have to take the training provided by DueDil. DueDil left me to play and investigate without being pressured or hounded.

**What problems is FullCircl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DueDil has given me the ability to clean my existing data which was a adhoc manual process before. Without DueDil we wouldn't know, for example, a partner had gone into administration as our system is not live or being updated unless a partner is actively engaged.

**What do you like best about FullCircl?**

Duedil is fantastic! From the quality of the data to the service you receive. The team are always so on board with any new ideas or features your company would like to see, to help try and get these to production.

**What do you dislike about FullCircl?**

Honestly, there is currently nothing I dislike about Duedil. I suppose more European data outside of the UK - something they are working on though I believe.

Incorrect company data in our system, employee counts when prospecting, finding new prospect accounts

In one daily communication, you are sent relevant and interesting news and information about your chosen industry or sector. You are one of the first to know and can share articles with colleagues in one simple step.

**What do you dislike about FullCircl?**

I would like to filter out the more localised news and receive more relevant feeds on regional or national level news.

**Recommendations to others considering FullCircl:**

I would advise on attending them webcam training sessions when you first start using Artesian. I joined one session and found it really helpful to navigate around the system.

**What problems is FullCircl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using Artesian provides us with a deep insight into the public health sector market, helping us to understand the consistent changes to targets, restructuring and merges and identify trends around hot topics, so we can see where we can support our clients with their specific business problems by introducing senior level interim managers who have validated and proven experience in solving such problems.

**What do you like best about FullCircl?**

Artesian provides very insightful information about prospects and customers. It helps me plan for meetings.  It give me information on prospects that i wouldn't have known about. It also is a good tool to help discover more prospects. The Artesian Customer success managers are helpful to enable me to get the most out of the tool.

**What do you dislike about FullCircl?**

Information on company size could be more accurate, particularly on the number of employees. More in depth information on contacts within an organisation would help when planning for meetings and learning about a company.

**Recommendations to others considering FullCircl:**

To get the most out if Artesian attend a training call and complete the qualifications. Share information with colleagues as well as prospects. Stay in contact with the Customer Success Managers to help get the most out of the tool.

**What problems is FullCircl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gives me more detail on my prospects and customers and therefore helps me get closer to my customers. Artesian also helps me organise my prospects and find other companies to prospect. It save me time when researching a company as everything can be done with one tool.

**What do you like best about FullCircl?**

I have used Artesian for over five years in a variety of sales roles and this tool has formed an essential part of my ‘sales kit’.  Key benefits for me are: (1) quality financial data with trends which is a lot easier to obtain and review than having to pull out five years of financials from Companies House; (2)  the prospector tool is a fantastic way of pulling lists of key prospects based on pretty much any criteria you can think of, and; (3) excellent news and information which is fed through to my email each morning.  I highly recommend this fantastic tool - and often do!

**What do you dislike about FullCircl?**

The key thing that can cause an issue is the estimated revenue and profitability for businesses which tends to be rather wide of the mark.

**Recommendations to others considering FullCircl:**

It would be good to use Artesian as a CRM system without needing to integrate it with another system.  Key features would be: Notes, Contacts and Dates.

**What problems is FullCircl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As our sales world and appetite adapts over time, it is great to be able to re-run reports based on evolving criterion and business requirements.

The user friendliness and sleek design of the front end, making it really easy to digest the information on display

Can't save column layouts when searching which would be helpful, also to see "country of parent" as a column would be really useful.

**What do you like best about FullCircl?**

Very quick API, enables us to seamlessly pull key company information into our platform, both dynamically and during larger bulk updates. The API is very stable, no issues reported by our users or our client users.
A wide variety of profiling data is available, which enables us to build a broad picture of a company's position and status.
Availability of turnover, assets, and number of employees enables the automatic determination of SME status within our platform.
The Web UI is easy to use, and the search function returns results in a useful fashion.

**What do you dislike about FullCircl?**

We would love to see more in the way of ethical and social value data - minimum wage adherence, modern slavery, carbon emissions, etc. This is an increasingly important area for many organisations in both the public and private sectors.

**Recommendations to others considering FullCircl:**

The API is fantastic. It has resulted in impressive efficiencies when integrated with our platform - partly due to the reduction of the need to re key information, but also as a result of the general availability of information.

**What problems is FullCircl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Duedil enables us to segment companies within our database by SME status, size, sector, company registration status, as well as enabling the determination of company dependency based upon annual turnover values. This represents added value for our customers and for us.

**What do you like best about FullCircl?**

The user experience and interface have been really well-thought-out. I found it easy to find business information, so long as I knew the business or director.

**What do you dislike about FullCircl?**

I found the advanced search a bit hit-and-miss, but it has recently improved and found it a lot more useful and much easier to surface data based on vague details.

**Recommendations to others considering FullCircl:**

Definitely make use of the save lists feature, that's super-helpful for keeping track of other the businesses on your radar such as clients or competition. 

**What problems is FullCircl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It enabled us to pre-qualify leads from a financial standpoint, understanding risks and getting a helpful view of the company structure and leadership.

**What do you like best about FullCircl?**

What I like about DueDil is the access it gives me to company information which is useful to identify what businesses are best to target for sales purposes, based on financial information, company size and other important trends. 

**What do you dislike about FullCircl?**

On a rare occasion, some companies I search do not come up in search results so I have to use different sources which can be time-consuming. 

**What problems is FullCircl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In my role, I often have to identify under what sales org a company falls under. This is often based on company size. I am able to identify company sizes which allows me to align accounts in my role with the relevant AE's, making my life a lot easier.

The data fields and search criteria are really flexible and intuitive, you can cut and slice the data in so many different ways.

**What do you dislike about FullCircl?**

It's somewhat disappointing that company information cannot be connected with all business trading addresses, it would also be extremely useful if some of the reports were downloadable as pdf's rather than just print screens.

Have good play around with the system, it won't break.

**What problems is FullCircl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are utilising DueDil for a number of reasons but mainly to gain insight of our local economy, how it's growing, where the strengths are, who the companies are and where the opportunities lie.

I have found DueDil to be easy to use and very effective when sourcing information, it has proven to be very useful and I would recommend this as a good tool when researching data. 

**What do you dislike about FullCircl?**

I do have issues sometimes with lack of full information, I would prefer if telephone numbers were always provided. Also it would be helpful if companies linked under a group were linked.

DueDil is very useful for checking accurate information.

I have found use for DueDil when creating new client accounts and procuring sufficient information which is a great time saver.

I dislike the fact that the information provided is not always 100% up to date.

We base our membership fees on turnover so DueDil is a great way of keeping our records up-to-date and soon we hope to take advantage of the APIs to automate the process

Occasional outdated information and/or updates not happening within the 24h

**Recommendations to others considering FullCircl:**

Definitely worth considering DueDil if you follow KYC and AML regulations in the UK and Europe. Not up to date on the market intelligence or third party & supplier risk management, but considering my experience with at least one of their provided products, I would expect those to be on par as well.

We have benefited from online company lookup to confirm our due diligence and KYC

LinkedIn integrations often doesn't work, this is a bit frustrating as would be such a good feature.

Accurate data about companies, their address, directors, link to websites, whether active or dissolved and financial overview.
Subsidiary companies and what else directors own.
Can upload our company's leads and customers and then view through the comprehensive search criteria to analyse and generate valuable data and more leads.
Customer support is friendly and helpful.

**What do you dislike about FullCircl?**

Sometimes difficult to find a company when there are many with similar names - not sure this may be overcome though.

Accurate company info which generates good sales leads and analysis of existing data that we have.

**What do you like best about FullCircl?**

I like the fact that there is a clear corporate family tree, the links to financial data on companies house, and the simple employee and turnover information. The prospecting tool also allows easy research into companies within my postcode who are potential clients. I also like being able to upload a list of companies who I have been asked to research and instantly see the main points of interest.

**What do you dislike about FullCircl?**

The data on people from the company is really useful, however it is quite often dated. I understand the reason for this as people change jobs constantly and it would be a nightmare trying to keep up. The link to the company website is also occasionally incorrect which can cause an issue if you are unaware and start looking into their website without double checking.

**Recommendations to others considering FullCircl:**

Artesian is a great tool to start your research on a company. Once you gather the information it is useful to double check employees on Sales Navigator against the people column of Artesian. Using the prospecting feature when looking for new companies to talk to is also really useful and due to the specificity of the tool you can really hone in on the type of account you like to approach.

I am able to quickly understand the principle information on a company and also see where best to instigate a conversation with them. I can research other companies I want to look at quickly and easily.

**What do you like best about FullCircl?**

For sales and relationship professionals, Artesian is an essential tool. I allows me to keep up to date with my customers, connections and prospects, with vital information accessible either by request or presented to me daily as I require it. I certainly wouldn't be without it.

There isn't really anything I could say that I dislike about Artesian. It's very user friendly.

Once you start to use it, you won't want to be without it. It's a great investment for any company employing relationship and sales teams.

I'm always on the front foot. I can prepare for meetings more easily and have relevant information and insight easily available.

Useful for getting a quick snapshot of company profile (size, directors etc)

Search function not that intuitive. UX can be a bit clunky

Great for vetting customers. haven't found it that Useful for prospecting. Keyword function isnt that accurate

Our sales team use Duedil to find out important inforamtion about new customers. In business development we use Duedil to understand our prospects better

Employee Numbers, Annual Revenue, Financial years. It simplifies everything in to fields and boxes, easy to use.

**What do you dislike about FullCircl?**

cannot get access to most recent reports, e.g 2019, i tend to have to go to companies house or the company website to gain access to the most recent figures or reports.

I manage a sales team with inside sales reps and account managers. Both teams would be unable to successfully complete their jobs without being able to refer to adhesion pages on the businesses we work with. Invaluable asset

Changing interfaces sometimes take time for the team to adapt to

Speed of access of info, easy access to Credit scores, and CCJ history.

It would be nice to have the credit history/data available without having to download the report.

It's not a truly global solution - we get news from global sources, but we cannot look at company details with no UK presence

DueDil provides accurate firmographic information in an easily navigable UI. As a salesperson, it’s really helpful for carrying out research on my prospects and building out a strategic account plan based on financial metrics.

Keywords not always entirely accurate, however the ability to combine with SIC codes generally helps get around this.

**Recommendations to others considering FullCircl:**

DueDil is a technology company at heart, so the technology behind DueDil is what makes it so impressive. Looking forward to seeing what the future holds for them.

**What do you like best about FullCircl?**

DueDil made it so easy for me to build a focussed profile of target customers, and informed my conversations with them before I reached out. It would have taken me days to build such a detailed prospect list, and using DueDil it took a few seconds. Highly recommend.

Nothing so far. The system was really user-friendly and easy to get set up.

DueDil has massively improved our efficiency when finding and researching prospect clients. The time saved is invaluable, and the data has been brilliant for strategic targeting.

So many great things, all in one place. News feed via email is very useful and the convenience that everything is only a click away

Not much to be honest, I use almost every part of the system. I don't like that not everyone within our business uses Artesian! That annoys me as we have a similar internal system with different functionality which isn't as good but has been round longer so colleagues default to that system.

Definitely recommend to any other Business Development type roles and/or Relationship Management roles within Finance function

I like that one platform provides information on prospects (the ability to fine tune the searches too), live news feeds and company intelligence. its easy to use, constantly evolving and staying relevant.

The mobile App could do with updating, however the browser experience off a mobile is good.

It is simple to use but the more you use it the better you get.

There is repetition but at least it means you don't miss it.  
I am bound to still use it on holiday

Very easy to profile a company & see how the owners are connected to other companies in order to assess their reliability. Financial information very useful.

Not always easy to connect directors if they have changed their names. 
Accounts filing sometimes very outdated.

The prospecting field, it is really good to have all the different options to narrow down by. I also like the estimated company numbers when company numbers havnt been published on companies house. I also really like the family tree option as I had struggled to find parent companies or subsidiary's before using Atrtesian. I also liked the webinars that i attended explaining how to use the tool.

**What do you dislike about FullCircl?**

The inaccuracy of the directors and their linked in profiles. I feel that the news feed could be tailored more towards my industry. I would also find it useful if as a community we could put in direct links to peoples LinkedIn profiles as currently it just runs a generic search.  i would also like to have a customise able homepage for companies so that I can select the data i would like to see instantly on one page for each company. For example i would like to be able to have one page with employee numbers then turnover then profit and have the expanded family tree as well as the list of directors. i would also like to have examples of similar companies for example searching coke i would like to see that its main competitor is Pepsi.

Deffinately use the prospecting tool, so usefull to qualify in/out different companies by lots of different fields

it streamlines the prospecting. I am able to narrow down exactly which companies That fit within my "perfect customer" and then go after them

The fact that you get daily updates on the accounts you are targeting gives you a real link you can utilise to nurture a relationship. That link becomes invaluable in turning a cold call into a warm call and opening doors to business opportunity.

There is some repetition where companies have multiple entities so its sometimes hard to work out which to attack. Also for global companies operated outside the UK, as stands, there is little opportunity to open a similar service.

Use the Prospector - brings it altogethor beautifully.

The need to reach out to new business opportunity. Ability to enhance use of Linked Sales Navigator with relevant content to "nurture" a suspect relationship into a meeting and ultimately to become sales pipeline and revenue.

Email updates with news on watch list were really useful. I also found the tool for building a list of prospects very good. There were quite a few filters to make your search very specific

Email updates were not always entirely relevant. Some had general information on the prospect and so it was hard to find a reason to share. The feature was building a list of prospects was good but I’m not sure how accurate the information was. I built a list of companies that are experiencing high growth but some were very small and not expanding/growing.

The fact that Artesian is a centralised platform for a customer data (both ustructured and structured) is the the USP. Not only can I get not financial information (super relevant for planning) and export into Excel,but also news feeds about any orginisation really adds so much value to the day job.

Slightly limited on the amount of customer you can upload.

Good value, man hours back in looking for data and insights

Being able to see the listed directors. This enables us to speak to other directors that we were not aware of.

Not always finding the company I need. My search doesn't always show the company I am looking for. I often have to use Companies house to find the company reg and then use the company reg to search in Artesisn.
