I appreciate Fullbay's extensive systems for managing customers, vehicles, techs, billable time, parts ordering, and inventory, which give us more data than we've ever had with any other software. I like having so much data available for making management decisions. It's also great that Fullbay continually improves and keeps up with technology, including by integrating AI as that develops in our world. I know that Fullbay is building the product to best serve their very diverse customers' needs, and being part of the customer advisory board is a privilege for us, giving us the opportunity to give feedback to the Fullbay decision makers. I value the specific reports Fullbay provides, like those on tech productivity, which help us assess where individuals are doing well and where the shop can improve as a whole. Sometimes I wish it ran faster, especially for larger reports that take a while to pull up. I wish I could build my own reports to select specific data I want to see and then sort within that report. I currently export to Excel to manipulate the data how I want, but being able to do it in Fullbay would be awesome. It felt like a steep learning curve to get up to speed with Fullbay software when we first started using it because there is so much going on in Fullbay, but any change is hard when, and it's possible the onboarding process has improved since we started using it nearly 5 years ago.
