"FCI Excels in Funnel Reporting and Attribution Modeling"
4/5
What do you like best about Full Circle Insights?

- Highly customizable attribution models

- Visibility into lifecycle stage volume, velocity, and conversion events

- Bridges the Salesforce gap between lead/contact by using a common object: the campaign member

- Robust reports that help tell any story you want

- C-suite friendly

- Lives in the rev-ops system of record for most companies: Salesforce

- Allows click-through to see prospect lifecycle bath at a micro level, versus just trends

- Tracks re-entry into the funnel better than any system (if your demand gen team is doing things right, an unreached prospect should be able to recycle back through the sales/marketing process via nurture)

- Forces Marketing to abide by good Salesforce usage via campaigns

- Mostly set and forget once it has been dialed in

- Great, knowledgable , support team

- We can track touchpoints for individuals unrelated to the opportunity Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Full Circle Insights?

- Pre-MQL funnel tracking could use some improvement, but FCI appears to be working on this

- Due to customization, some might find configuration and roll out to be complex - I recommend you have a good consultant or experienced marketing operations person if you have a somewhat mature Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Full Circle delivers full funnel visibility inside Salesforce"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Full Circle Insights?

Full Circle provides me with complete visibility from first touch to all the way to opportunity, answering the most important questions about where marketing is being successful and when it's not. And with Full Circle, all this data lives in Salesforce. That means that we've ended the arguments about attribution that I've typically had when you have this data living on another platform. It also means that your reporting can live right alongside all of your sales data, simplifying reporting across the board. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Full Circle Insights?

Full Circle definitely takes time to implement - there are also a lot of questions that you must answer up front during the implementation where figuring out the right answer can be a bit challenging because you need to really understand the product deeply to answer them intelligently. Second, Full Circle definitely creates a defined process that can impact your Sales teams - it can seem a bit rigid. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Most comprehensive solution for measuring funnel health"
5/5
What do you like best about Full Circle Insights?

* Built on force.com (data doesn't leave force.com architecture)

* Highly configurable

* Corrects underlying SFDC architectural issues

* Lead/contact agnostic

* Supports multiple trips through the funnel

* Funnel source definitions (not restricted to the common first touch/last touch model. Can measure the source of each funnel trip separately).

* Provides a straight-forward audit trail Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Full Circle Insights?

One feature that would be great to see is the ability to understand pre-opp funnel influence (not just influenced opportunities). For example, response A influenced X # of MQLs, SALs, etc. Currently can only measure influence once opportunity is reached. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Full Circle Insights?

Full Circle depends on Salesforce reporting which is a bit limited. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A fancy calculator which sometimes works"
0.5/5
What do you like best about Full Circle Insights?

We use campaign attribution which makes attributions models in SFDC relatively easy to view. Unfortunately I don't like much about FullCircle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Full Circle Insights?

The way it works is a black box, meaning that when it doesn't work we can't fix things. We have run into multiple instances where the tool has prevented our teams from completing tasks in SFDC and the support we have received from the team has not helped fix this.

Additionally, it's unclear that the calculations the tool is doing work. When back validating the tool we've found campaigns which are not included in our attribution models. Given this, I don't fully believe the results of the tool.

Even though it's simpler to use in SFDC for reporting, the reports are still confusing and require a degree of understanding which is sometimes beyond the people I need to use the reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
