The fact that it is assumed everyone who uses Fulcrum is from the USA. No where does it specify the currency of the cost before subscription. Cost ended up being $68 Australian dollars. Again, they just assume America is at the centre of their universe. The customer service only operates during USA work hours and is unsuitable for Australians because of time differences. We use Fulcrum in a lot of construction projects. It is possible to configure several functionalities, workflows and for the end user the application is always very easy to use (anyone can use it!) and stable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's easy to track my work. I always have a backup of my data available. I can import and export data into different formats. It's easy to use. Its easy and quick to find assets in the field, as well as quickly inputting data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dont like the picture saving process. It used to be straightforward, but now they added extra steps, that make naming photos a major pain. They have not introduced a photo naming convention/ the ability to have Fulcrum automatically label any pictures in a manner of your choosing.
