The best feature Fulcrum has I think would be the ability to keep working while not connected to internet service. I often find myself in very remote areas so being able to work offline is very helpful.

Fulcrum Allows me to do my Sewer inspections easily and helps me to find the assets accurately, i can drive towards the assets easily, earlier i used to track it on maps manually, by tracing them a day before the inspections, but now i can plan on the day of inspection itself, and managing the data became much more easier where i can download the inspection data into required formats, and the most i use is excel format, overall fulcrum makes my inspection easier and reduces my effort on managing and maintaining the inspection data. Sometimes when i try to geo tag an asset on roadway, i used to stand a side while entering the data, and when i try to submit the location, the location mismatching than what i require and even though i enter co ordinates manually, and when i try to over write an previous inspection data, its bit tricky for me to save as new data instead of overwriting the old one with new one, i lost few assets data for the previous inspection. I most like how Fulcrum is separated into a number of simple application (e.g. for different aspects or parts of a work flow). So each, specific app is focused and simeple/managable (rather than all tasks being included in one large, "integrated" application with several menus etc). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It can be cumbersome to edit the report tables into final ones, and to associate photo file names with sample numbers. Would be nice to have a hyperlink or file name consistent with the sample number. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My use with Fulcrum has only been good. I exclusivly use Fulcrum now as it has replaced our old method of working. Being able to adapt and create Fulcrum forms specific to the work required is exactly what our company/team needed.
Customer support is excellent and they often help with arranging updates for the product.
