What do you like best about Fulcrum?

The best part about "Fulcrum" is its UI/UX. I found it easy to use and through the admin panel, create my forms for data collection. I can also see stats of collected data. Once the form is created, anybody having access can collect data either through the web, android or ios app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fulcrum?

A public link of created forms is not available. This could be a very good feature for handling millions of surveys. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

we used "Fulcrum" for collecting our business unit data. To manage and monitor assets and resource functioning. Even though we used it for collecting our daily customers footprints. What do you like best about Fulcrum?

Currently we are collecting Job Safety Analysis reports which detail specific safety hazards for each job. We produce a customized report for distribution. What do you like best about Fulcrum?

I like how easy it is to build custom forms for a wide range of applications. I like the way videos are recorded and played back while showing the cardinal directions that the camera is facing. I like the customer support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Survey 123 has gotten a lot better in the past couple of years but is still pretty clunky for more complex field tasks. Fulcrum is easier and comes with much better tech support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Fulcrum?

There are some quality-of-life differences when switching from desktop to android to iPhone. Also, finding a quick way to transfer GPS coordinates to addresses would be amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For any project with multiple users, Fulcrum seems to support any and every need we have presented it. The ability to import excel makes projects simple to start and simple to track. We are using this to track more and more every day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We had a large project to swap all of our electric meters to newer ones. We used Fulcrum to map out the addresses and document all information needed to compete work orders and swaps in our system. What do you like best about Fulcrum?

The flexibility of Fulcrum is incredible but being able to share the data right into my GIS product through GeoJSON is the best. I see updates of data on both sides of the usage. When I make a change on the Fulcrum App I see the change on QGIS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Fulcrum solving and how is that benefiting you?

We currenty use fulcrum to Collect 911 Address points for our county. We once had to go out, get the address from measurements and then come back and draw them into ArcMap. Now i take my phone out, collect the point, enter that data I would have entered into the fields on ArcMap and then it pushes the data to QGIS which in turn pushes the data to PostGIS for my GeoServer. What do you like best about Fulcrum?

Fulcrum is such a powerful tool for data management at any skill level. You can easily push it into other platforms for analysis, documentation, and presentation. After reviewing a number of similar platforms, we selected Fulcrum for its ease of use, data privacy, and cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fulcrum?

Fulcrum is so great that it's hard to dislike much. My only comment would be that data collection is limited to point features. It'd be great to collect data for polygon and path features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Fulcrum is easy to pick-up and above and beyond capable of managing robust data. Don't hesitate to reach out directly to Fulcrum support if you have initial questions. During my trial period testing the platform, I frequently had questions and their support team were always responsive, quick to help resolve problems, and also offer workarounds for complex tasks I needed. Building assessments and inspections. We previously documented data manually on paper in the field. Data was then entered in spreadsheets back in the office which consumed a lot of valuable staff hours. We long sought a platform to help gather and digitize data. What do you like best about Fulcrum?

The best from Fulcrum is customer support that is always quick respond and useful tips. We also like options for design app. It is firendrly user and we apreciate that all of our co-worker can use our designed application when needed. Also, extraction of data allow us to share simply our result with partners.

The use of the various interfaces allows us to quickly present our applications and our data as much on the field as meeting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We sometimes need a lot of test and error to make some functions work. And all informations is not include in FAQ, or some rubric are missing details, but with customer support is always available so we work with that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We upgrade security on the trail we are taking care of by collecting all flaws with photos, dates and details we can send to cities, which can repair. This help us in case of prosecution. All administrators in charge of security and quality on the trail really appreciate the report we gave them. What do you like best about Fulcrum?

his software allows us to customize all apps, data collection to each of our vendors needs.

The ability to change or modify the program in field instantly is a welcomed bonus and a big time savor.

What do you dislike about Fulcrum?

I'd love to see collection of line/polygon features integrated. I'd also like to see the option to create custom reports (drag and drop) without consulting with Fulcrum's designers.
