*Lacking the following advanced features*: auto-numbering and lettering of fields; additional field types such as matrix tables, sliders, rank order, heat-maps and question library; drag and drop fields between applications or duplicate to another application field or project; real-time multi-user application design; auto-save; upload of applications formatted in .csv or .xlsx (give user formatted template database file to upload); in report builder, it would be great to be able to select which fields to include/exclude in the report; shift and select OR press and drag-select of multiple fields; option to toggle settings and field sidebars in design view; a variety of integrations via other apps such as ArcGIS, StoryMaps, Tableau, Kumu, Slack, Notion, Dropbox, Office would be phenomenal (perhaps we use a version without integrations?); customisable analytics dashboard; option to pin application to home-screen on mobile; option to automate the record export (i.e. export at 9pm everyday); multi-language enabled or ability to have correspondence tables for uploading translations; control-group survey design; and recommendation to consider other data collection practices, i.e. relational databases for social network analysis (would be super useful). Overall, I don’t dislike much about Fulcrum. The only issue I’ve experienced is that once I synchronize my data, I can’t edit it. If there’s a mistake or something I need to review and fix, it would be great if Fulcrum allowed at least one chance to make edits after syncing. I find the "Perennial Vegetative Cover Reports" entry, specifically the "Location description of assessment area" field tricky as it frequently won't let me save due to needing a valid location. Fulcrum has the flexibility we need to create a huge variety of custom forms, so we use it all the time. It has been extremely easy to set up and very dependable. Most functions we need can be set up using their intuitive user interface, while more advanced functions can be added using custom code. Improved record keeping accuracy , improved efficiency in reporting, easy to use application and team members are super friendly. Bt adding Fulcrum, our reporting has become more streamline with immediate feedback. Our insurance company has embraced the idea and loved it. Our maintenance providers like the clear and concise reporting by using the electronic inspections which includes record keeping and we have gotten away from storage and filing of thousands of paper copy inspections a year.
