I find it very easy to use, and at the same time I find many options to work with. I really like the responses and the solutions the system provides. The customer support is also really out there, so I find that very nice. I would definitely reccomend it to others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have not yet had the opportunity to dislike something.
Maybe at the beginning I felt there was too much info in the website, but then got used to it. It was very easy to implement once I got to know more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that I have the ability to create whatever I want, and then there is the fuelcycle rep to double check my work and improve what I have built. Make sure it runs perfect. Support has been great from the contacts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Like all survey tools, there are sometimes issues with the quality of respondents. Here at Target we use our own survey pop. But when using Fuelcycles gen pop, looking at the raw data before it is cleaned is a lot. Higher quality respondents would be a big step up.
Easier way to take survey data and turn it into powerpoint charts or charts in excel would save me a ton of time. We do everything in powerpoint and excel. Having to manually copy and paste data and then create new charts is exhausting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Easy to use, self service style enables agility in research, supports so many different research methods-- both qual and quant. Having our Fuel Cycle community has enabled me to think more in terms of "what research would be best" vs "what research is feasible"... just about anything is feasible if you have your community set up effectively.
I use it ALL THE TIME. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The way the discussion board comments cascade down isn't the most intuitive way to read a back and forth discussion-- however these usecases have been very few and far between.
I'm hopeful that there will be some generative AI enhancements on the horizon that will help me analyze the open-ended feedback in a more efficient way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's helpful to be able to have access to our panel where we can talk to respondents in a timely manager. The upsides of using Fuel cycle is being able to do agile quant research. Also it's easy to be able to use Qualtrics in the platform to program/launch a survey. You can launch an actvitity as many times as you need to (great frequency). The imbalances that we have of using our panel at time, not really representative for gen pop. Results may be skewed when doing certain research. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love that we're able to reach a dedicated community of respondents and gather consumer insights so quickly and easily. It's been so great working with the Fuel Cycle team as well, the team is super responsive and helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't necessarily have anything I dislike about Fuel Cycle, also because I don't use it every day. My needs have all been met so far with the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some suggestions for product improvement:
- easier way to export all data at a panelist level. Right now i have to manually export surveys one at a time, and connect together in Excel/powerbi using username as an index. If we could more easily export everything at once it'd save lots of end user time.
- Ability to save settings in FC exports so that you don't need to retoggle your variables every time you refresh (e.g., excluding test accounts, saving what questions you specified for the export, etc) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The people at FC are very helpful and I enjoy working with them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is a lot of 'hand off' from the onboarding to the day-to-day team where things have gotten lost in translation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love being able to run as many research projects as we would like and go live with them very quickly, without having to rely on internal teams and work around their priorities and tasks. It is essentially an all-in-one platform: build your project, publish it, and email members to let them know that there are new activities on the community! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There isn't much that I dislike. The only thing that has been a bit of an inconvenience is the inability to link quick poll activities in emails that get sent to members. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
