**What do you like best about Panorama?**

I have been involved for a few months and have found the ease of implementation to beneficial. Its ease of use makes it navigation a breeze. The customer support has been night and day over the last CRM I was using and as I go through the training the number of features is very impressive. I am in the Panorama several time a day pulling out important and valuable that is essential to my job duties. It was extremely easy to slide into using Panorama.

**What do you dislike about Panorama?**

I have yet to find a downside to using Panorama.

**What problems is Panorama solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Foundation that I run is staffed by me for 30 hours a week and a bookkeeper who is in 3 to 4 times a month. Most of the heavy lifting as far as work is done by me and having a CRM that I don't have to worry about jumping between logins to different programs makes a world of difference.

**What do you like best about Panorama?**

As a small non-profit, having our event management linked to our CRM is really helpful at eliminating some of the administrative work we had previously using two separate platforms for these functions.  It has some really nice ways to denote event participants in our constituent manager but doesn't allow these features to be used for transactions that we put in manually because they happen off of the panorama platform (via check or donor advised fund for example).  I do appreciate the ease of contacting our support agent and always being able to hop on a zoom call to discuss features or issues.

**What do you dislike about Panorama?**

There are quite a few annoying defaults in navigation and data entry that make certain tasks tedious, especially when dealing with a large number of auction items or guests.  I've always been able to put in suggestions but some things that I've had to suggest are pretty common sense that they should already be programmed into the system.  Like being able to set your paddle raise thermometer to zero if you don't want to include previous event donations in your paddle raise totals.  We were also surprised by the very high fees when you add in both the platform fee and then the external payment processing fees.  It's a lot when you're a small non-profit.

Automatically pulling in donation data to our CRM for any event transactions or donations that come through their system.

**What do you like best about Panorama?**

I have put on 9 auctions with Bidding for Good and raised close to $250K.  I am also a frequent bidder in auctions put on by others.  I like the bidder interface.  I think it is the best of all the competition.  The back end needs improvement but customer service has been very good.  Ayesha Rumble and Scott Thomson listened to us and helped us a lot in our recent auction - especially in the last few days when we thought our auction was failing.  We ended up receiving bids that were twice what we expected.  Good work Ayesha and Scott!  The Bidding for Good community is impressive too.

**What do you dislike about Panorama?**

The back end of Bidding for Good has been wonky.  For example we had 146 items in our recent auction but needed to change the bid increment for almost every item.  Once I made the change and hit "Save" it took me all the way to page 1 item 1.  We had 6 pages of items had to start at the beginning every single time!  The front end (bidder facing) part of BFG is great but please improve the back end so it is easier to make changes to published items!

We needed more bidders for our auctions.  Ayesha Rumble and Scott Thomson helped us with some last minute technical issues and helped us reach out to the impressive Bidding for Good Community

**What do you like best about Panorama?**

The support I receive from their tech services person Jhon is truly extraordinary!   I am a volunteer for our Foundation and Community Library and we do two campaigns each year.   As I volunteer I often need to relearn parts of what I need to do to both generate our solitation letters and to write the thank you notes, complete with pictures, signatures, personalized headers and footers!  Jhon is the reason we can make all of this work!  He is knowledgeable, patient and kind!
I recently was given another Consultant Colleen who will be giving us direct personal on line training to teach us everything Panorama has to offer!

**What do you dislike about Panorama?**

We started in 2015 with GiftWorks that has now evolved into Panorama -  so I have a very long history and truthfully no dislikes~

Raising money for Murrysville Communiy Library!    Writing our Appeal Letters and Thanking our generous Donors!

We love the personal customer service.  We receive lots of tech support from Ayesha Rumble and the IT support team vie email but when necessary, we can have a live chat via Zoom.

**What do you dislike about Panorama?**

On Giving Tuesday Campaign, we only had access to very few of our participants. (124 out of over 800) I would prefer we could access our email list we use in our auctions.

The seminars gives us ideas for fundraising for SOAR and how to approach end of year request for donations.

I find its usage and navigation very easy. UI of Panorama is very rich and gives a good feel while working. Never stucks or lags no glitch at all. 

Its helps with direct giving, P2P,online auctions and events.

Nothing to dislike about Panaorama. I dont find any issues. Only that one-time and recurring direct donations cannot create user profiles for managing, tracking, and updating their donations and donation records.

**What do you like best about Panorama?**

With today's technology, just about anyone can create a comprehensive platform to help you do what needs to be done. What makes Panorama really stand out is their people. Every employee we've interacted with has gone the extra mile to serve us, even after the contract was signed. It is that kind of support that small nonprofits like us really need and appreciate!

**What do you dislike about Panorama?**

If I had to choose something, I would say that I would like to see more recorded trainings offered as refreshers after the live training. The system overall is fairly user-friendly, and as I mentioned before the staff have gone above and beyond to answer any questions we may have along the way.

**What do you like best about Panorama?**

Panorama makes it extremely effective to manage multiple Palo Alto firewalls by providing a single, centralized platform for policy configuration, device configuration, and log analysis. I especially appreciate the way it allows you to enforce similar policies across scattered environments and facilitates complex tasks like updates and reports. The user interface is simple, and dynamic address groups and template stacking are convenient features in large implementations.

**What do you dislike about Panorama?**

While feature-rich, Panorama can at times be intimidating to new users due to its complexity and learning curve. Initial setup and configuration can be time-consuming, and the occasional lag in pushing policies out to devices frustrating. The reporting and analytics, while useful, could also be more customizable and intuitive than some newer management platforms.

**What problems is Panorama solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Panorama solves the complexity of managing multiple Palo Alto firewalls spread out across locations by consolidating the management of policy, configuration, and monitoring into a single console. This reduces administrative overhead significantly, offers consistent security policy throughout the entire network, and provides greater visibility into network activity. As a result, it allows us to respond to threats faster, simplifies audits and compliance reporting, and makes our firewall management much more scalable and efficient.

**What do you like best about Panorama?**

Its Technical Support team.  They are fantastic.  Norrie and Samantha in particular.  The team responds rapidly with fixes and recommendations.  This is especially important when you are rushing to get your event up and running and find that something isn't working as planned.  For me, it's usually that I rushed so much that I missed something, or messed something up, during the setup.  They are quick to escalate any other issues.

The other very important feature of the P2P product is that it manages fundraising so that it is compliant with IRS regulations.  This removes much of the burden of preserving the tax-exempt status for donors and registrants.

**What do you dislike about Panorama?**

The P2P product will frustrate experienced front-end web developers and web designers.  Those tools are somewhat elementary compared to more powerful products.  But in the end, the visual presentation is satisfactory enough to ake advantage of the back-end functionality.

Fundraising that is compliant with IRS regulations governing donations to 502 c 3 organization.

We have been using Panorama for years. As a nonprofit every dollar counts. Over the years they continue to add services that help us engage with donors, create events and streamline data entry so we keep up with the ways in which our donors give.   Tech support is timely and responsive. Jhon resolved my issue so quickly I missed the email resolution at first. Highly recommend.

There was trouble with the import feature but they had a high level  team working on the issue to resolve it

Here at Gilpin Hall, we were honored to celebrate our 200th Annviersary and needed some direct on site help to ensure our fundraising and celebratory event went smoothly.  For a reasonable fee, Panorama arranged to have Kendall Carney and Samantha Otero come to our event and set up our payment processing devices and be available to oversee that all transactions went smoothly.  We were so pleased with their expertise, kindness and felxibility during our busy event and couldn't be more satisfied with the help we recieved from them and Panorama.  Thank you for a job well done!!!

**What do you like best about Panorama?**

The customer service is usually good and fast. I had a recent issue and Katie Lomshek was the one helping me. While it still hasn't been completely resolved (the longest time to resolve an issue ever), she has been great communicating throughout the process and updating me on where they are. I have confidence it will eventually be fixed!

We are a small org and probably don't use the product as suggested. Seems there are several features we don't need to utilize, but maybe we will eventually get there.

**What do you dislike about Panorama?**

The 4% processing fee for every donation. My donors complain sometimes about covering it, but we unfortunately loss money when they don't and we have to cover it :(

**What problems is Panorama solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our latest donation and transaction reports have been off. What we see on our reports are a few cents off from our deposits into our bank, so this is creating a bookkeeping nightmare right now.

We were told that we could transfer data over but that was not the case and they never followed up to help us find a solution. We found other ways around but still disappointing

The Team was the reason for the standout experience. It's people like Samantha Otero that understand the needs of your organization and help to meet and acheive your organization's expectations.

I don't really feel there were many, the platform is so user friendly and your customer manager responds so quickly. It's a great tool and I can't say enough good things about it.

I used the tool for Fundraising and 2024 was a banner year for us. We raised the most money this year then we ever have!

The ease of use and the flexibility to add custom html and javascript to get the page design exactly like you want. Love the ability to correct the user data. The quick and efficient customer support of the Panorama/Frontstream Team, especially Heidi our account director and Tamara & Katie at the Helpdesk.

**What do you dislike about Panorama?**

Unable to bulk edit or import data for some tools, but not a deal breaker.

Panorama fundraising tools are various and reliable. Wether you need a simple donation form, a purchase item platform, an auction platform or a participative event platform with teams and users management, Panorama has it all, under the same roof.

Our department likes the use of Smartlists.  The support team truly does their best at explaining how to best utilize them.  The last rep, Mike, that assisted me was very helpful.

**What do you like best about Panorama?**

Transitioning from Gift Works Desktop to the new Panorama cloud-based version can be challenging as the new product is state of the art and very advanced. I also had to transition to the new version at an extremely busy time of year which was stressful. The best thing that ever could have happened to me is that Sheri Madrid, Customer Success Manager, was assigned to acclimate me. Sheri made me and my situation a priority. Luckily, Sheri facilitated my two one-hour traning sessions. Her knowledge of the product is top notch and just as importantly, she really cares about the customer's experience. Sheri goes so far above and beyond, it is absolutely incredible. She took the stress out of the situation by providing me a recorded link to our two sessions so I can go back and watch as many times as I want, as it certainly is lots of information in a short amount of time. This is extraordinarily helpful. Sheri also pointed me to the "help articles" feature and is now right there to answer specific questions. Sheri loves her job and I can tell that she is driven by her ability to make every customer a happy customer. This means everything to me. I am not stressed out anymore because I know if I cannot find the answer, Sheri is ready and willing to help and she does. Sheri responds quickly and she really understands this product. She is positive and encouraging. I have a long way to go to really transition effectively from the desktop version and we are approaching the busiest time of the year. However, I am not worried. Not after getting connected with Sheri Madrid.

The software and various Panorama campaign/event options and tools gives me more time in my day to focus on other tasks.   It has been a learning curve to learn and build an acumen for all the detailed functionally of Panorama but the training and support, particularly from our Account Manager, is responsive and always provides the steps and instructions when I need it.

I would like to see a quicker turn around on processing credit card donations and leave this to Panorama to address.

GiftWorks Cloud makes it much easier to store important information, and it allows me to be very thorough about donors and donations. And now that we can access it on cloud it is much more accessible and practical.

It often lags and doesn’t check for repeat entries, so looking for certain information can become time consuming. Additionally, the customer support could be more helpful when dealing with frustrating bugs.

The more I learn about the program the more shortcuts I find, which saves time for more important things. I often find that information we haven’t used in a long time will come up again, and GiftWorks will remember it much longer than we will.

I like that it's easy for first-time users to figure out how to navigate through the system. There are also help tips available.

I don't care for the fact that there is no telephone number for customer service is you have a question about billing. You have to e-mail a general e-mail address and they reply with very generic answers. It takes weeks to resolve a billing issue.

This is a good program to use but make sure you know the terms of your contract and go over your billing carefully.

I am able to collect data and sort it to get data on donations, donors addresses for mailing list etc.

Seemed to lack in the reporting aspect, but then again, I would put some of the blame on the org for the amount of information they had on donors.

This is a great product for a non profit that is just getting started with managing it's donor base. It has a slick interface, but overall I did not like the way to get reports. There are a lot of other software that will do the same thing.

Bidding for Good (BFG) has great customer service. Software problems are inevitable, and what sets BFG apart is their responsiveness to questions and problems. 

**What do you dislike about Panorama?**

The launch of Panorama was confusing and, ultimately I believe, not successful. BFG wants to offer many products under one umbrella, which I believe was what Panorama was for. However, the fact that I'm not sure if it exists should show how the roll out was not communicated well. I would be very interested in using the Bidding for Good platform for fundraising AND auctions but, for now, I'm using two platforms for both.

**Recommendations to others considering Panorama:**

BiddingForGood provides excellent customer service and a solid product. They are making improvements to the system which, when complete, will really make BFG shine.

**What problems is Panorama solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BFG is great at auctions! The Quick Sales option (which are items like raffle tickets that you sell at your event) is especially great, and help to keep track of the different revenue streams at the auction. Again, the customer service is where BFG really shines. The on-site event support is costly but provides immense piece of mind so you can focus on the event and not on making sure the credit cards get charged properly.

It was the shortest on boarding of a fundraising software I have ever had, it is very intuitive and was easy to learn. I also LOVE that it is cloud based as most fundraising desktop softwares are not mac compatible.

I actually cannot think of anything I dislike at this time.

Although transferring and implementing a new fundraising tool is a lot of work and a huge decision for any organization, I 100% recommend switching to GiftWorks and the entire Panorama suite of FrontStream products. They are SO easy to use and most importantly are making it incredibly easy to provide a better donor stewardship and communication experience.

GiftWorks solves our donor segmentation and list problems we had previously. It allows us to make donor specific communications for a variety of demographics, whereas before, the organization was not communicating differently with it's different donor groups

This is one of the best fundraising  tools out today. It's an easy system to learn to use . It allows for our donors to pay pay fees which is awesome. We are also able to upload videos and pictures so that the donors not only get to read but get to see what their helping raise money for.

Like everything today the fees associated with using the services other than that its a great fundraising site and system.

I would definitely recommend if you are in the market for a fundraising website, I would recommend using and trying firstgiving before any of the other fundraising sites just based on cost and options for donors to help with fees this has been one of the best aspects of firstgiving.

**What do you like best about Panorama?**

I love how easy it is to use and navigate around.  Being able to embed the photos and videos makes it a much more dynamic campaign as opposed to being limited by text. Unlike other fundraising platforms that place heavier emphasis on the impact of one, FirstGiving harnesses the power of teamwork which I think is revolutionary within comparative platforms. It ties in with corporations and branding really well while maintaining their integrity which I love. The ability for donors to pay some of the fees works really well as well as some of the other helpful features surrounding tax receipts for donations. Pretty much your one stop shop for fundraising. 

**What do you dislike about Panorama?**

I think the text on the homepage that it meant to imitate typing is way too fast, needs to be slowed down a little. It makes me feel rushed when I'm on the site. I wish the donation fees weren't so high, it reduces the impact of donations when a good portion is lost to the fees.

Make the website more dynamic and interactive. Update it to give it a more modern fresh and bright look.

It makes it easier to co-ordinate fund raising campaigns which tend to be quite tedious when trying to get the word out on so many platforms and organize so many people for events etc.

Reports and the easy of smartlists. Custom reports can be generated quickly using the smartlists. Customer service folks are excellent. Great idea to go with cloud over the horrible Giftworks Anywhere which NEVER worked, although in all fairness, I believe the majority of the problems were at the Citrix end.

**What do you dislike about Panorama?**

Expensive. Volunteer module needs work. Our office uses PCs and Macs, GW works well with PCs, not so well with Macs.

**Recommendations to others considering Panorama:**

Fairly robust with the exception of Volunteer module. If you have a large volunteer staff and need reports, tracking, etc, this might not be the solution for you. Donations and pledges work very well.

When assistance is required from customer service department of FirstGiving, their response can be very slow. Also, cannot create your own url/have to use first giving's url.
