11 Frontline Recruiting & Hiring Reviews

It goes through the hiring process steps one at a time and won't let you submit an application until you've filled out all the requisite information. I liked how you could transfer information from one school district to the main page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes I found it hard to toggle between jobs and there is a section where you pick all the available jobs and I didn't really want to see custodial or bus driver jobs as I am a certified teacher. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Frontline is so easy to use. As a substitute teacher, I log on to the mobile app or desktop website every single day. I use Frontline to accept or confirm new jobs, find future employment, and look at what I already have scheduled. I don't think my job would be possible without Frontline. There is honestly nothing that I dislike about Frontline. The mobile app is easy to log into, and I have never had any issue with the app or website not working. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The views in both mobile and desktop are accessible. This is often not the case for competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Notification settings could be improved. I feel as though I am constantly going back into the settings module to change how and how frequently I prefer to be reached, and everything from the tides to the color of the principal's pants that day will influence whether they take or not. I like this because it puts all job openings in the district in one place instead of spending hours searching sites online. This does not have ads like other sites that compile jobs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It can be difficult to use the filter settings to search for a specific job in the district, so sometimes, it is difficult to narrow down. However, the site functions smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how easy it is to use. I can just login and apply for jobs. Super easy to see what sub jobs are available and what aren't. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dislike how it is sometimes hard to confirm sub notes. They're hard to see. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Being able to see all of the candidates in one place with the needed information to be able to move forward with determining a candidate's requirements. Seeing documentation in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Being able to navigate the postings with potential candidates was a little confusing and clunky at first. It takes a bit of time to get used to how it works and where to find posted positions. The rating scores for candidates can be a little deceiving. Sometimes, the higher-rated candidates did not have the minimum requirements for the position. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Posts to K12JobSpot, ability to email postings directly from job post, ability to share on social media platforms, has options to automate some processes, ability to email applicants that have started an application to encourage them to complete it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Cannot customize features that are not used regularly, i.e., cannot remove them to make job creation easier, users have workarounds to view applicants they should not have access to view, form creation is cumbersome Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Ease of acces and mostly reliable. Effortless and quick. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Job market is rough now for applicants - there seems to be a general shortage and I'm not sure it's keeping up sometimes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Applicants like this software because it saves their applications to multiple school districts in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is cumbersome to build and edit customized forms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that I can import information from previous application submissions. This makes it easy to apply to more jobs in a short amount of time. It also makes filling in the application less tedious than if I had to retype all of the information in each time that I apply to a job. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I do not like that I have to resubmit or reattach letters of recommendation or reference letters each time I apply for a new job. If I import information from another job that I have applied for it should import the letters as well. Instead I have to attach letters each time I apply for a job even though my references do not change from application to application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
