**What do you like best about Frontegg?**

A great plug&play CIAM platform, with great self serve capabilities for end users, with many customizable options, which allow to easily add this to your app and just move on and focus on you features.

**What do you dislike about Frontegg?**

It is still an evolving platform and may be missing some features or matiruity, but support is very responsive and make best effort to support all critical needs!

**What problems is Frontegg solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It simply add all the CIAM capabilities needed for a SaS product and allows us to focus on our business needs. It also brings in a customizable plug&play portal that is simply added to the app and provides many required capabilites to the end users.

As a part of our service we needed to have an easy login method which includes passkeys, with frontage we got it with just a toggle on!

**What do you like best about Frontegg?**

The security methods Frontegg provides are very innovative and provide a big coverage. Multi-factor authentication is for sure one of the most used methods in our product. Single sign-on is the second and it helps us to make our platform more secure like we must do according to our business requirements.

**What do you dislike about Frontegg?**

My users number is getting bigger over the years. I'm a bit afraid that it will be harder to work because I'm bound to this platform. It will be hard to migrate to another tool.

**What problems is Frontegg solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By using Frontegg I can deliver a secured application with a high level of security that gives use the ability to feel we are safe in terms of security. From login to logout, refreshing the tokens, and logging out users when needed. I'm satisfied.

Frontegg makes it easy for me to comply with data protection regulations and increase my user base even with my app's variety of user access levels. The make it easy for my users to have secure logins using their favorite social or SSO platform.

Going from in-house development to integrating with Frontegg's platform was quite the learning curve. But once I got the hang of it, it made things so much easier.

Frontegg has a simple way of implementing complex user authentication which helps me integrate the various authentication methods and security measure my customers need.

In evaluating FrontEgg vs the competition, there was never really much of a debate within our team.  You can customize all options available to you within the platform -- takes very little time to modify.  

Most importantly, their team has been truly fantastic in working with us as we've needed it on support issues.

To be honest, we haven't found anything to complain about.  Our team has been using their platform for some time now and it fulfills exactly what we need it to do.  For a growing business of our kind, the reliability and functionality is important.

Very intuitive and well designed, with a simple approach, you can feel the team loves good designs- clean and modern templates with an easy panel of customization

**What do you dislike about Frontegg?**

Theres a hard learning curve, not pixel perfect, the selection of color templates could be more customizable, for example I would love to see an option to pick an existing color using an eye dropper tool

Frontegg solves problems that surround customer identity management platforms. They saved me a ton of time of trial and errors, I used their templates for quick and modern design ideas.

This product is used very easy, It's used for the PLG companines that requires privacy, secure data,authentication and many more,most of the uses for this angular integration is very easy to use this product.

It's little bit tricky to setup this product and some of the time it causes problem when we create a cookie for some espesific reason the code base,this product can be improve the UI of the product so, this will be userinterface very much.

This product is used for writing code like a IDE so, we can write code in this product as well and it's most uses for the PLG companines so we can do password authentication on that.

the ux looks incretable! I like the 'sign-in-types' - so rich sing in types - you could register with accounts from Google to Slack and with the new passkeys feature.

Using Frontegg I'm able to insert and get any infomration about the users, in our company it is super important to get all the user information upon authentication and with Frontegg it's excatly what we were needed!

Feels like custom webhooks is not advanced enough, would be great to have some webhooks as partial customized, means that It'll provide an option to integrate logic on top of the existed one.

Frontegg made it very easy to set up and quickly get working on their platform. I was able to utilize their tools to better my app and quickly move to testing. Their sleek user design makes the experience that much more enhanced and I love them for that!

I haven't yet come across any. At first I was nervous to get started due to the complexity of what I was hoping to accomplish but was very quickly pleased with my experience.

**What do you like best about Frontegg?**

Integration with a lot of technologies via SDK npm packages. They packages are slim and easy to use. The API is clear and make sense. The bundle size is also good for me compared to other products. The tech stack is also fine.

**What do you dislike about Frontegg?**

Most of the features are well implemented but they are lack of documentation in some points. Vue and Next are not so clear when it comes to documentation and examples are missing. That's all i think.

The pain of implementing the authentication flow by myself because i dont know how to do it. Frontegg is a time saver platform and this is the most important benefit for my product. The auth pages they implement are looking good and give me time to other tasks.

I looked for a tool that will support as an easy out of the box Passkeys on B2B and couldn't fibd anything better than Frontegg.

Diverse Template Selection: I appreciate the wide range of professionally designed templates available on Frontegg. The variety of layouts and styles cater to different industries and preferences, allowing me to find a design that aligns with my clients vision.

I encountered a misleading translation in one of the translated languages options. However, this was quickly fixed once I reached out.

From it's onboarding flow to maintenance Frontegg is the easiest auth solution available for building apps. With sleek UI, clear explanations and trustworthy team.

The only small thing I can say is that I expect any dev tool to have auto dark mode.

The admin portal helped our company to become more self served, meaning our support team have more free time on there hands. We were able to get it up and running on our dev env in less than a week.

Frontegg integration helps me to think about a bug I have in my own implementation. It was a bug related to security flows. At the start I planed to not pay but now I understand that it’s super valuable.

This is a sass product and as for all sass products i cant control the changes in the portal itself. But the value is bigger than the downsides.

A product that is different from other products is intended for developers. The thought behind operating it was cut to the limit and the experience is tremendous

In my opinion there must be a video to explain the use of the product. I don't like to read and prefer a video that will present things to me in an accessible way

I love the intuitiveness of the their portal and how to setup your entire configuration / Environment.
The support team is a really big assets, and youll never wait more than a few minutes before help is comming.

**What do you dislike about Frontegg?**

Sometimes documentation can be hard to find, and we had some issues converting this into our .net framework applications, but again the support is there anytime to help out.

With Frontegg we could put all the authentication, IDP  and user handling into there hands, and focus on our own strength, 
with this we get a solid solutions which adhere to all the best security standards

**What do you like best about Frontegg?**

Frontegg reduces our team's work around authentication and user management. I'll cover more specifics in a later part of the review, but they make it easy to integrate with a variety of authentication workflows. Once the application is integrated, they provide backoffice functionality with either their UI or API. This lets us have the flexibility of choosing our customer auth experience while also providing flexibility in how we implement our backoffice operations.

Their customer support is fantastic. They’ve helped out with a few general implementation questions, been responsive to feedback, had a clear external-facing ticket tracking system, and helped investigate bugs/implementation issues to help us solve problems effectively. When I had technical questions, I found their free Slack community to be a helpful supplement to their documentation. I could ask questions in Slack, and the team would stay on top of issues to help me get to the solution I needed. The Frontegg team really helped me solve my auth problems quickly so I could move on and work on other features. Thanks, Frontegg team!

**What do you dislike about Frontegg?**

To be honest, I can’t think of much I dislike about my experience. I’ve hit a few implementation issues from my end, or because I didn’t understand the documentation, but I found a bunch of help from their Slack community and their Support team since we’re a paying customer. I probably could have reached out to them sooner to discover that I could lean on more resources than their published documentation. And that learning curve is to be expected with any software integration that I need to build — what matters is that Frontegg makes it easy to resolve those issues. Anyways, I’m looking forward to seeing what new features they build to extend our functionality.

**What problems is Frontegg solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As I mentioned earlier: authentication and user management are areas of the product we want to be done right (without worrying about it too much). And there are numerous components to user management we don’t need to build ourselves because Frontegg took care of it for us. Beyond authentication/MFA: user management, session management, IDP/SSO integration, temporary API token generation, etc. It’s also helpful that they’re continually upgrading, so we don’t have to worry about staying on top of the latest implementation details.

**What do you like best about Frontegg?**

Integrating with other tools like Slack and Salesforce is nice. We succeeded to do it in a few minutes. Then we start getting notifications to our organization Slack. It was exciting to see that in 1 hour we succeeded to see the value and work with it well.

**What do you dislike about Frontegg?**

There is billing and subscriptions in Frontegg. They support it. I think there should be a more flexible billing system and subscription. More options that will help different companies to get a full solution regarding this. But it's not a big issue.

**What problems is Frontegg solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Auth company that save your time. There are a lot of solutions but they have the best support team and this is the game changer for me.

What I love most about Frontegg is its impressive array of out-of-the-box features for streamlined all "Identity platform" needs (user management, authentication, SSO and many more). 
I found almost everything I needed readily available, saving valuable time and resources that would have otherwise been spent on building these functionalities in-house.

**What do you dislike about Frontegg?**

While Frontegg provides a robust identity and user management, one area that could use improvement is their ReBAC (Relationship-Based Access Control) solution, which currently seems less mature

**What problems is Frontegg solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mostly it can give us lot's of capabilities out of the box, there are lots of things we developed inhouse (Login Page, SSO, RBAC etc) and after we move to frontegg it'll give us all of this out of the box.
