**What do you like best about Frontegg?**

What really sparks my enthusiasm about the platform is its multi-factor authentication capability, which I consider essential. Within Frontegg, I have the flexibility to choose the authentication factors I want to implement, including SMS, authentication apps, built-in authentication, and security keys. Furthermore, I can also set up the feature to remember devices as trusted, which proves to be incredibly practical.

**What do you like best about Frontegg?**

Managing accounts permissions and roles is an easy task. I like the UI that makes me able to do it. It's easy to use. Giving permission to a user is also an easy task. Managing the roles helps me to control my user groups and gives me flexibility about the logic I implement.

**What do you dislike about Frontegg?**

Frontegg's builder is a very nice feature. I can customize the styling and buttons, etc.. But I need something complex, and they don't give it. I think the builder should have a drag and drop abilities for ui components. It also should give the ability to add css styling via their UI and include react components (external).

**What problems is Frontegg solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Frontegg solves the challenge of managing the roles and permissions for the account level. They also give the ability to control it at user level and these are valuable features for me. These are the benefits of this platform for me, as well as login and sign up.

**What do you like best about Frontegg?**

Frontegg default pallette is cool. I love the styling that is given to my screens with zero effort. I just had to customize the social login buttons and change the primary color to get a got experience in terms of styling. I feel that they thought about it and brought a very well-done styling.

**What do you dislike about Frontegg?**

Something very minor. There is a bug when someone is signing up with Google, the info is fetched, including the picture. Then I can't remove the picture. They have a button to remove it but it doesn't work. It's a bug. I don't want to see the picture. I expect to see the avatar.

**What problems is Frontegg solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's all about styling. To sell you should have a nice appearance and Frontegg doesn't fail to do it. This is the small details, but also for the bigger - security flows - the final solution is more than my expectations. It's not just another platform, it really helps me in my day-to-day job.

The feature that makes me excited about the platform is the multi-factor authentication. I think it's a must. In Frontegg I can decide what factors to apply - SMS, auth app, built-in auth, and security keys. In addition, I can configure the option to remember devices as trusted devices. Very useful.

I think Frontegg can give a way to test some of its features in an online tool. Like when you use th SDK you can be able to see it in an env like code sandbox or any other live tool . It can be a nice playground

**What problems is Frontegg solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Multi-factor authentication is a hug benefit for me . The endless configureation options for this feature and for many more are important and useful. Implementing the auth flows for the customer is something big that Frontegg solves - maybe the main thing - and it's worth the money.

The hosted admin portal allows our customer to easily manage their users and the authentication for their account. Frontegg has plenty of advanced features such as 2-Factor Authentication, Enterprise SSO, etc., which allows us to offer our customers enterprise-level auth and user management, with just a couple of lines of code added to our app.

**What do you dislike about Frontegg?**

The ability to add custom fields/links to the hosted admin portal section would be great.

**What problems is Frontegg solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can now delegate the responsibility of user management, authorization and authentication (a key component of any SaaS app) to Frontegg, allowing us to focus on building our core product.

Branding our product is one of our super important goals. We can't integrate a user interface tool that doesn't fit our design. Frontegg gives us the ability to brand it as it was part of our product from day one. This is super important.

**What do you dislike about Frontegg?**

There is a kind of learning curve in the Frontegg platform. Setting up my application wasn't really easy maybe because I'm using an old technological stack. I'm also not too expert in javascript so working like that wasn't so easy. To be honest, there is no SDK for my stack in other competitors, but anyway, it wasn't easy.

**What problems is Frontegg solving and how is that benefiting you?**

User insights are a benefit for us as also the ability to brand the UI like our solution. These two are killer features of the Frontegg platform and they led us to choose Frontegg over other solutions. Keep ip with the great work!

What I like the most about Frontegg is that they do things smartly. You can see it with the new feature they implemented that is called breached password. They can identify that a. password is breached and they ask the user to change it. This is exceptional.

**What do you dislike about Frontegg?**

Frontegg has tracking abilities related to user management in the dashboard they provide and it's really good. I think they can add more reports and notifications for analysts to improve their usage of them. Reports can improve the way my company works by getting more insights into how to getting improve.

**What problems is Frontegg solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The way they think is the benefit. Every feature is developed after deep thinking (this is how it looks). They are open to improvements and adding new features that they think are required. A breached password feature is a good example of what Frontegg does right.

Valuable user analytics is the feature I appreciate the most in Frontegg. I love that I can analyze user behaviour, and make decisions according to my findings. User insights are integral to our management and getting them out-of-the-box is amazing.

**What do you dislike about Frontegg?**

While Frontegg provides various Web SDKs, it lacks in the mobile development area. In my company, in addition to a web app, we maintain two mobile apps, one for Android and another for iOS. Unfortunately, the Frontegg platform doesn't offer a solution to the latter. I hope that the Frontegg team can deliver a solution soon; meanwhile we channel requests to the Web API in the backend.

The greatest benefit of Frontegg for me is time saving. The quick and easy integration with Frontegg's Web SDKs saved us a lot of development time, which translates directly to a great saving of money.

Frontegg integration is super easy both in our frontend and backend integrations; just in a few lines of code, We could have a full solution for our user management, multi-tenancy secure access, and SSO authentications. We were able to fully customize our sign-up and login page using Frontegg customization options.

**What do you dislike about Frontegg?**

It would have been great if Frontegg would have supported SSO per tenant. This is something that will be extremely useful for our team. although, I know that this is something that is already on the plan.

**What problems is Frontegg solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Authorization- our full system motorization, which is a must in our case, is based on Frontegg.
Authentication - our total authentication flows are based on Frtonegg multi-tenancy secure access, including social logins and SSO-based authentication.
Reports - We have built custom reports for our customers with relevant information; this is super useful for them.
Frontegg making our product better while helping us save resources.

What I like about Frontegg the most is that it's a team of professionals. Developers are experts, sales guys are communicative and professional, and the dev success team is always available. While the team is super professional and communicative, I think that they should document their changes better. They can add another layer of details about future plans. This can help customers to get prepared for future changes.

The biggest benefit except for the awesome solution is the confident Frontegg gives to her customer. To use them you give them permission to see your data and you should be confident that they will keep it safe and will provide a platform in a zero-bug approach.

Speedy integration: With Frontegg's pre-built components and integrations, we reduced development time and accelerated the time-to-market for our SaaS products.

Developer Friendly: Our developers had no issues utilizing Frontegg's services. Their APIs are well-documented and easy to integrate into our existing applications. It provides comprehensive documentation, SDKs, and support, making it a developer-friendly platform.

Customer Service: Any questions we had or road blocks were quickly handled and responded to. As soon as we signed it was obvious their customer service was going to be there from start to finish. They're still checking in with us making sure our needs and expectations are achieved.

It solved all of our needs but some things I think could be improved on as they continue to grow is their Third-Party Integrations: Expanding the list of third-party integrations would enhance the platform's versatility and enable businesses to connect seamlessly with a wider range of tools and services they might already be using.

Additionally, I think they've been really good at listening to our needs and feedback. Looking forward to them implementing more features that facilitate from our user feedback.

**What do you like best about Frontegg?**

We were expecting Frontegg to help us in authentication and authorization but it became much more than that. For a fairly young company, Frontegg offers a really impressive set of features that takes care of so many different areas of our app like security, compliance, etc. In short, it's a one-stop shop for so many different things.

**What do you dislike about Frontegg?**

The documentation is questionable but it's improving  (although support does an incredible job at filling in the gaps in the meantime!). Another thing that's both a pro and a con is that they move really fast so we see lots of (good) changes in our app, but it can be hard to keep up.

**What problems is Frontegg solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were mainly looking for an auth solution, but we also love that Frontegg goes beyond that into authorization and much more. It's saved us many, many hours of developer time that we now use for our core business logic.

Frontegg's variety of tools is what makes their platform exciting. They have multiple client SDKs that support multiple versions of every technology, like Vue, React, and Next. There is a learning curve to use the NextJS SDK. I'm using NextJS 12. Frontegg has an SDK that supports this old version of NextJS. I had to talk with support to understand how to do it. Then they clarified the documentation.

They are open to calls with our internal team as well as with us and our customers at the same time, helping troubleshoot the smallest nuances to ensure that the experience we provide around sign in is top notch. That level of support is why I love working with them. Highly recommend, and job well done.

Nothing to call out at the moment. Some issues did take a while, but that is understandable considering that nuanced issues take time to reproduce and evaluate. I would not count that as a dislike, but on the contrary, great attention to detail and perseverance.

- Smooth and stable functioning.
- Quick response times of support team (while I should say that sometimes their hard work could be spared with better API reference).
- Good educational articles on their website about user management, SaaS security, etc.

"Dislikes" might be too strong of a word here, I'd rather call it technical limitations, since the tool does its main job and does it well.
- Frontegg may not be the right fit for storing complex and custom data about the users or accounts. There is only a metadata in a json format.
- In some cases Frontegg is more tailored to the cloud, not on-premise solutions like ours. No blocking problems, but some additional integration work.
- While one user can belong to multiple accounts/tenants, he can only be logged in to one of them in one particular moment.

Frontegg helps me to work with user roles in an easy way. It was clear how to define the roles I need to provide like Admin, Test, and guest. Configuring permissions to users is also the same - the UI uses the same UX for all pages so after using one page you can know how to do it in others.

I think Frontegg has to work on a mobile app. I need to control and do some operations when my computer is not near me. A mobile app will help me to do commonly used operations that I do like inviting new users and turning off permission to a user when it becomes urgent.

Frontegg is solving the user management problem, with close to zero-code. This can potentially benefit us with reducing huge amount of coding time and maintenance that we would need to invest ourselves, and instead we can invest our time with our code business logic.

We haven't run into any issues with it, but there's always room for improvement. We'd love to see more cases of how the platform can be utilized.

We were looking to implement SSO without a lot of heavy-lifting. With just a few lines of code, we completed the sandbox integration with our B2B SaaS solution

frontegg is a simple & easy to use product with good documentation. It's an all-in-one platform for user management that allows you to create and modify user accounts, manage passwords, automate account provisioning. Still using it and still super satisfied with it. Highly recommend.

**What do you dislike about Frontegg?**

Frontegg is easy to setup and maintain, with a clear and intuitive UI. When we faced with more advanced scenarios it was lacking at times, but it gets the job done. Update: as more features and capabilities are being released it's definitely improves, but is not 100% there.

Frontegg will allow us to focus on building our core product, while delegating the responsibility of user management, authorization and authentication to a third party.

**What do you like best about Frontegg?**

Building out user management in B2B apps has always been a challenge for organizations. Frontegg does this out of the box. The management console is well-designed and easy to use for creating Roles, Permissions and Groups. I can also track user activity which makes it easy to keep my user accounts organized and secure. The observability tools are helpful for troubleshooting and monitoring. You can view real-time user activity, and also generate reports to track user engagement. This helps to identify and fix problems quickly.

**What do you dislike about Frontegg?**

Frontegg has more features than I use currently. It could be overwhelming to users new to the IAM space but overall, it's exciting how quickly the team has iterated and released new features.

**What problems is Frontegg solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Frontegg is solving complex B2B Identity use cases that have been resource intensive to build in the past. Built in Team Mangagement dashboards, fine grained authorization for complex schemas and now, license/subscription tracking.

What stood out to me the most was the seamless integration with HubSpot, which added an extra layer of convenience to the entire experience. I highly value this product for its user management prowess and its effortless collaboration with HubSpot.

The product lacks support for Angular 16, which was disappointing when I attempted to integrate it into my application built with the latest version of Angular. Unfortunately, the compatibility issue hindered my plans.
