What do you like best about Front?

Being able to easily collaborate and communicate what needs to be done with the comments section, as well as the ownership of the assign feature really makes for a streamlined and organized way of dealing with emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Front?

No major flaws that I have experienced, would like for creating automated message tags and blocking spam to be more accessible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Front?

The Front app is simple for any user. My team uses it everyday. Shifting over to this platform was easy from the previous ones I've used. It has several features that they seem to keep updating, with a chance for users to give suggestions on their site. It has no problem communicating with other apps. What do you like best about Front?

The layout is good and that we can see who is dealing with what when assigned SLA is helpful to know how long it takes to reply

the way an email comes in but maybe another one comes in and hides the previous email even if not read this can be confusing and we can miss changes etc Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Front?

I like the user interface. It is clean, clear and organzied. I find Gmail and others to be clunky and make sorting through emails daunting. But with Front the organization of it makes it a breeze to sort through emails and easily organize them in folders, snooze or archive them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Front?

I feel like there are tons of other features that I don't know how to use and am not taking advantage of. Sometimes I feel like the search feature doesn't search my entire inbox to find what I need. Sometimes with the same inbox search I can find things better in google whereas Front doesn't show me the thing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Front?

Being able to assign tasks helps everyone on our team understand clearly which jobs they need to do. There is no confusion about whether or not someone else on the team has already replied to a customer or completed a task. If it is assigned to you, it is your responsibility. What do you dislike about Front?

Not being able to delete/edit individual emails is the main down side I have noticed. There are times when I mess up or simply miss word something that I wish I could go back and change. It would be nice if there was a way to edit your email within a certain time frame of sending it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Front solving and how is that benefiting you?

Front helps our team manage hundreds of emails a day in an efficient and organized manner. Assigning tasks allows us to know who is responsible. Being able to add tags as well as archive/snooze emails adds an extra layer of organization to help ensure mistakes are not made and emails are responded to in a timely manner. We also use Front as a record keeping system. If a problem arises in the future, we are able to go back to previous email threads and resolve the issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
