The Front app is simple for any user. My team uses it everyday. Shifting over to this platform was easy from the previous ones I've used. It has several features that they seem to keep updating, with a chance for users to give suggestions on their site. It has no problem communicating with other apps. I like the user interface. It is clean, clear and organzied. I find Gmail and others to be clunky and make sorting through emails daunting. But with Front the organization of it makes it a breeze to sort through emails and easily organize them in folders, snooze or archive them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I feel like there are tons of other features that I don't know how to use and am not taking advantage of. Sometimes I feel like the search feature doesn't search my entire inbox to find what I need. Sometimes with the same inbox search I can find things better in google whereas Front doesn't show me the thing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Being able to assign tasks helps everyone on our team understand clearly which jobs they need to do. There is no confusion about whether or not someone else on the team has already replied to a customer or completed a task. If it is assigned to you, it is your responsibility. Not being able to delete/edit individual emails is the main down side I have noticed. There are times when I mess up or simply miss word something that I wish I could go back and change.
