While Front's features can be powerful, they might also require a learning curve for new users to fully grasp the app's capabilities and customization options. • Allows us to use a variety of colors and tags, making organization easy
• Displays our profile picture and comments in a different font and separate section from the email to the client, minimizing confusion and risk of mistakes

Sharing emails with internal comments is great. Shared inbox management works well on the whole. Analytics is good, with room for further improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Overall, we don't feel like we're getting value for money. It's a very expensive system, which has the potential to create more issues than it resolves, due to the complexity of rules and staff not understanding how archiving works etc. Calendar functionality is greatly lacking. The onboarding process delivered by Front was a waste of time, we ended up taking it over internally. Setup / configuration and training of staff is much more involved than anticipated. Front has taken a lot of internal resource in administration and training, and has not turned out to be the "gamechanger" it was sold as. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

instead cc everyone in a email you can just share and all of the employees will see it just different all the way around when it comes to a email Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
sharing emails is helpful ,but it takes a while to learn all the ins and outs of it is the down side but over alll i love it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ability to have to discussions within an email thread is fantastic. It makes collaboration a breeze and incredibly convenient. Conversations are easily found and linking a user to a conversation is easier than any other email service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Front has a lot of ways making conversation more accessible for the company but it would be great if Admins were able to limit more conversation. As a developer, people can quickly get around our ticketing system and just mention developers into the threads where they have issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
