What do you like best about Front?

While it has a pretty big learning curve, the customizability of Front is perfect for work.

I use tags for everything and having links to other thread is very neat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Front?

I dont think there are any downsides, but I personnaly think there should only have 1 subscription option that includes all the add-ons. Having multiple tiers make certain features unusable. (Employer will always pick the least expensive option that does the job) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Front solving and how is that benefiting you?

Front makes it easy to categorize emails and work in a team. Having internal chats directly on email threads without having to actually send another email is very convenient.

I was worried that the customer would see these messages but they dont. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This is the best office set up I have ever seen! SUPER user friendly! No issues when uploading large documents and files! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Helps prevent duplicate work and ease of communication with co-workers. Helps prevent duplication of tasks. Keeps email threads, notes, and all information in one string so it can be printed like a file. Search option is incredible and easy to find all things searched for. What do you like best about Front?

Snoozes, tags, getting multiple people seeing draft emails, internally tagging people with the @ to get their feedback. It was also quick to learn and teach our team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think it's search function could either be better, or better explained. I often find it hard to find a particular email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Front?

I like how it orginazes the chats, as well as the templates. It makes everything much easier. It helps a lot for custmer service support, and it is also friendly when you are using it for the first time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Front?

Beautiful centralisation of email from multiple mailbox which seamlessly syncs with the actual mailbox, so I do not need to remember password for all of those mailboxes anymore. Only one to be used moving forward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Front?

All advanced setting features (which makes Front outperform Gmail or Outlook) are a bit challenging for people who are not tech savvy to set up, e.g. auto assignment of emails, auto notifications and reminders, signature setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Front solving and how is that benefiting you?

Mailbox centralisation, create peace of mind for users as they do not need to remember all login details for all mailboxes they monitor.

What do you like best about Front?

The most helpful aspect of Front is the tracking and receiving messages characteristic. When you get a message in front it also gives you a notification in your gmail. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
