There are so many to choose from but I would say my favourite part is being able to leave notes that can only be veiwed internally when you tag someone in it. You can then use that space to get answer or whatever, the person who emailed you has no idea. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The snooze feature never comes back on the exact time you have chosen, it's always 2 or 3 minutes after. This is such a small gripe but to me this is the only issue, as small as it is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that I can have conversations about specific emails within the platform. I also love the snooze functionality, assigning conversations, as well as being able to delegate full access directly from the platform. The calendar feature is wonky with Google Calendar. Sometimes it is slow to update once a calendar invitation has been updated from Google Calendar or will not show full calendar details. This integration is key for me because my organization is a Google Suite group, and I have to manage my calendar in the Google Calendar window making it a bit inconvenient. Our team's ability to collaborate on Front is unparalleled. We have streamlined our response to customer queries and set up our customers for the highest level of success. We cannot currently lock or gate the knowledge base. Knowing who is reviewing our knowledge base and using this as an opportunity to pick up potential clients would be nice, though the main value is to give our knowledge base to clients, and only clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Helps soooo much with my organization. You are not buried in emails all the time. Having the "inbox zero" mentality helps a lot. Snoozing and archiving without the fear that they are going to be lost forever is a relieve! Also, it's absolutely revolutionary the way that you can collaborate with your and accross teams! I can say that being able to tag my coworkers to review an email without having to forward and being able to do all the changes in real time is absolutely AMAZING! I feel that the calendar function needs a lot of work on, specially when you are working for a company that has high volume of meetings and calls. The need to have more reminders regarding it, instead of only the one 15 minutes before the call. Also, for scheduling, an easier way to see everyone's calendar.
