The all-in-one feature. You can do so much in terms of communication, no need to add another app since you can text and email the client all found in the thread and you can even chat with the collaborators of projects handled on Front. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like the best about Front is how easy it makes it for me to cowork with my team members and keep a good communication within affecting our relationship with customers or carriers, it is really good that I can tag my teammates and we can plan what out next action is before replying to our customers emails.
