What do you like best about Front?

The all-in-one feature. You can do so much in terms of communication, no need to add another app since you can text and email the client all found in the thread and you can even chat with the collaborators of projects handled on Front. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Front?

Front is great at keeping emails or IT tickets in our case top of mind, and out of the way when solved. It has fantastic customization, and I do honestly like the silly cartoons when you clear out an inbox lol. Please add some new ones though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Front?

There really is not much negative to say about Front. It is an email application that goes above and beyond its core functions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Front solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use it as our help desk, and it really does do a great job at it. The ability to discuss issues within the emails themselves is great for our internal collabiration. We set up SMS texting, and that is really useful too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Front?

I really enjoy the message feature to speak to your colleagues instead of sending whole emails for a short response Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Front?

I don't like getting double emails, it also may be the way that I was set up but I continue to get duplicate emails and I have to merge them every day. It's a bit of a hassle Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Front?

That you can chat with your coworkers inside of one email. I like that you can remove someone as well after they've helped me Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Front?

You can't retract emails. Wish that was possible. Also you can't add tables like you can do in outlook like in excel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Front?

What I like the best about Front is how easy it makes it for me to cowork with my team members and keep a good communication within affecting our relationship with customers or carriers, it is really good that I can tag my teammates and we can plan what out next action is before replying to our customers emails. I have not really found any inconveniences during my time using Front, I would like to make it a little bit more customizable but that is not important, Front is the best alternative I have used to regular usual emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Front?

Being new to Front, the ability to comment rather than forward emails is a revelation for me. The team can chat and resolve email-related issues without duplicating work or commenting on the problem in a separate system like MS Teams. What do you dislike about Front?

Managing meetings in your calendar is clunky on the app, and you can't create a new event. You can only do this in the desktop version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Front?
